I just bought these, and I'm still adjusting to try to wear them. They are gorgeous, but the fit is a little tricky. I got the green satin, and in person it's much more of an emerald green, no blue at all. The person who called to check the fit said the style was a bit narrow, so I went up a size. That was a good call, because in addition to being narrow, the straps could just barely accommodate my high instep. I don't wear very high heels that often, so perhaps I just need to get used to it, but they seem harder to walk in than other high heels. Something about the shape of the heel or the angle makes it feel unsafe to put my weight down heel first. I'll come back and let you know if practice helps with this or not. Regardless, they are the most lovely pair of shoes I've ever owned.
