A couple of years ago, a feathery friend flew the coop to visit John in his apartment. Often inspired by odd occurrences, John drew up the designs for a knee-high boot consisting of a flat glossy sole, a 1" heel, and a thin soft leather making this the perfect boot for flying above the flock.

These boots are so comfortable and leather is very soft. I love the red soles. This is my 12th pair of Fluevogs and I love them all

comfy but big
Tres soft and comfy and gorgeous shiny red soles. Just bought them online though, and I'm afraid I have to disagree with the size info supplied. They fit BIG. I have 6 other pair of perfect size 8's, but could have gone down at least a 1/2 size. Will have to buy insoles since I can't return them!

lurve these boots
Just got home from snagging these boots and from the time I put these beauties on I didn't want to take them off... ever. They are so comfortable and snazzy, I'm in lurve. Thanks Fluevog!

I can't understand why more people are not raving about these boots - they are so slim and graceful and very comfortable. I have had my eye on them since they came out, and I've finally managed to snag a pair (the staff at the Toronto store were wonderful) and I've been wearing them at work since (alas, too snowy right now to wear them more places.) They feel like slippers - fantastic boots!
