My hubby bought these boots for me as a b-day prezzie and I am thrilled! I have wide feet and I usually wear a size 10; these were true to size AND accommodated my Fred Flintstone feet! I was astonished by how comfy these boots are considering how high the heel is. Buy them... NOW!

I first bought Jolie in red, but they fit extremely narrow, so I went looking for another red boot and found these!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE..... The heel is not difficult to walk in, and the padded footbed is amazing. I'm 6'6 with these on! My third pair of Vogs and counting, thanks JF....

Work of art!
I love these shoes. However, I will have to practice walking in them so I don't look too stupid or awkward! They are a work of art, amazing to look at. I do wish they were just one tiny inch lower in height! If they were I think they would actually be comfortable!! However, even as they are they are worth the effort.

I picked these boots in red while on holiday in Chicago. My friends tried to talk me out of the seemingly impractical purcahse, but I prevailed. These boots made me smile in the store, and I have not stopped since. There is something about the cheeky red leather that makes me feel like a superhero, and then there is the extra 5" I wore them out all night and no blisters, infact they were so comfy I wore them home on the plane today. LOVE...pair number 7 and counting :-D

First, I had Convictions, and they were good; now I have Certitudes and the best of both worlds! If my Convictions (in green) are a marriage--troublesome but absolutely worth it--my Certitudes (in black) are a weekend fling: fun, easy-on-easy-off, and not much of a commitment. Exceptionally fine styling, beautifully crafted, and way more comfortable than their ferocious good looks would lead you to believe, have Faith in them and you will not be disappointed. And John? Suede?

Don't Hesitate, Buy Them!
I thought about buying this boot for a month, hesitating because I thought the 5" heel would kill...and because I couldn't justify the price.
Then a certain site had a cyber-sale and I couldn't pass them by even though they were still rather pricey. I'm so happy I bought them!
They are darling in a funky way with their snip toe and grainy wood heels. Better yet, the heel height has not been an issue.
The price is justified by the quality. Buy them, love them, and maintain them because they're keepers.
Thanks everyone at Fluevog for such a great boot. I used to work in the shoe business and like to think I have a good eye for quality. Well made shoes are difficult to come by regardless of the price point, but the pride in your craft is evident in your beautiful shoes.
I bought the black color but came back to check on the red. My wallet cries for mercy (You're unemployed!) while the boots hone in on me like a carnival barker (Step right this way young lady! You'll be enchanted and amazed by the sights, the sensations!). sigh.
Think if I wear them to a job interview I'll be hired? :o)
as part of my happy-birthday-to-me fun, the red certitudes were a suprise gift to myself. i visited the los angeles/melrose store (fabulous service) for the 1st time. my friend suggested i try them, and i was skeptical about comfort and fit. i immediately loved them! yes, i wore them to work, walked here/there in san francisco, and my feet were not angry at me. they are way more comfortable than i'd expected. i got used to the height more quickly than i'd expected, as well. my first compliment - from a complete stranger, in the elevator - a man who said, "wow, those boots are great! i hope they are as comfortable as they are totally cool!" indeed they are! they may not be an walk-about-town all day kind of boot, but they are walkable (at least for me).
