Née à Madrid en 1843 de parents chanteurs d'opéra Siciliens, Patti Adelina a grandi en écoutant les opérettes les plus complexes et difficiles. Pendant son enfance, la famille de Patti déménagea dans le Bronx et, à l'âge de 16 ans, elle commença sa carrière au New York Academy of Music. Reconnue pour sa voix de soprano chaude et satinée, Adelina traversa l'Atlantique pour conquérir l'Europe avec sa superbe voix et sa beauté de jeune fille. En 1862, Adelina chanta Home, Sweet Home à la Maison Blanche avec tant d'émotion que le président Lincoln et son épouse Mary eurent la larme à l'oeil.
Fabriquée d'un cuir doux et mat tanné au végétal, des motifs de roses découpées au laser, des semelles en caoutchouc, et un talon de plastique enrobé de cuir, ce bottillon à bout ouvert et une fermeture éclair à l'arrière est parfaire pour une opérette Primavera.

Happy feet!
I got these today - and WHOA!- was I surprised! I don't have a Fluevog store around here - so I never get to see the shoes in person - I just order and hope for the best :-{
These are SPECTACULAR. I though for sure that they'd rub on the back of my feet - but they fit perfectly right from the start. And they are beautiful. And comfy. I wore them for 5 hours straight off and had NO problems - and I have major problem feet. I <3 you so much for making beautiful, comfortable shoes! Operetta Adelinas are my new favs!

Thank you to the sweet girl at the Union Square store who called me to make sure I'd picked the right size. The 9.5 fit great. They're beautiful. They remind me of Verona. I love all my Fluevogs. And I want more! x

I bought these online, and when they arrived I was very impressed with the quality. When I tried them on though they were too wide for my feet causing my feet to slide out to far. I am normally a 6.5-7 and I bought a 7. I would suggest going down half a size, or they are perfect if you have wide feet ,-)

zip slips
I love this shoe. But... as mentioned here, the zipper slips down consistently. Is there anything to be done to solve the issue?

I was really excited when these went on sale. They're a little on the big side for Fluevogs so I sized 1/2 down. Part of the problem is that the shoe is quite wide so with my lean feet, I tend to slide down but not so badly to cause toe overhang. The shoes are lovely - allowing some foot exposure to make it a sandal but keeping your feet enclosed enough for modesty and diversity. I have the same problem as one of the other reviewers where one of the zippers on the shoe persistently slides down. Unfortunately, I don't think there is much to be done about that.

LOVE these shoes. SOOOO comfy (no zipper problems here) and fashionable. They go well with almost everything in my closet. Highly recommend them.

It must be some kind of sin to love a shoe so much, but I don't care! These shoes
arrived the other day, and so far have garnished much attention from friends and strangers....I'm already thinking of coloured tights of many hues to show through the cutouts and the open toe, just for fun! Comfy right out of the box, true to size (Fleuvog size that is where I tend to where a size larger)....My only concern is that the back zipper on one of the shoes has a tendency to slide open when walking.... any tricks to slow this down? Other than that, luuuuuurve them!

These shoes are wonderful. At first I wasn't quite sure what to wear with them, but I finally figured it out. EVERYTHING.
My 8-year-old kid told me I looked really cool in them, and a friend commented that they are "definitely not mommy shoes."
Almost all of my Fluevogs are a 10, and these fit true-to-size for me. The ladies at the Portland store were amazing and helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Fluevog newbie...and for life!
For years I've perused the Fluevog site, staring dreamily at all the pretty pieces of art for the feet. Since I don't live near a store, I was a little nervous about buying a pair without trying some on first. Luckily, I recently had time to pop in and do that in San Francisco. They were really patient and helpful. Though they didn't have my size/style in stock (I wear a 10.5/11, but a 11.5/12 in Fluevogs), I left with a much better sense of what styles would work for me. As soon as these gorgeous shoes were posted, I ordered a pair. They are ridiculously cute, comfortable and worthy of every oooo and ahhh they get. Can't wait to wear them on stage on my next tour! Worthy rock star shoes. *kissing my new Flues* On to the next pair!
