My(brown)boots just arrived, I am so happy with them...feels like you are walking on air. These are wonderful and do not make you legs seem large or small, they conform to your legs, no gaps at the top...love them...can't wait to wear them out. I but of course am wearing them as I type this... also have the Bondgirls, bought in Boston years ago they are also great...thank you for the free shipping and extras in my box...

Follow-up, three months later...
So I posted my first, over the moon comment about these lovely boots, and I just wanted to follow-up with a few words to the wise....
I still love these babies, still super comfy, still rockin...however....
After LESS THAN A MONTH of wearing these I had worn through the super comfy heel caps. I am, admittedly, a bit of a heavy walker; however I wore these from my house to the Skytrain to the office (where I change into heels) and back, a few times a week. Maybe once or twice out on the weekend where I was walking a little (but still...) and I wore through them. I was astonished, after paying ~$300...so I took them back, and expressed my concerns, where I ended up paying an extra $30 to have them recapped with a heartier soul/sole. Serves me right for walking I suppose, but for anyone assuming they will be investing in a hearty boot...be warned! Resoling will likely come earlier than you imagine!
And this price (even after 4 weeks!) is NOT covered in the warantee...Since resoling my boots are also incredibly loud...
Also my liners are already coming loose after a weeks later... :-(
Not to complain, as a poor student on a big splurge, these were little disappointments...

From San Francisco to New Zealand in less than a week?! Can only be described as miracle workers! The BEST online customer service I've had the pleasure of receiving. Normally wear a 9.5 and thanks to excellent communication from Fluevog San Fran, I have a PERFECT fitting size 10! The only good thing about summer drawing to a close will be the opportunity to wear these gorgeous numbers!! I suppose paying $199 for $455 boots warrants the $90 delivery costs.

The first day I wore these boots I stepped out of my car and a woman passing by said 'Cool boots!'. Not only that - my feet were happy all day. Worth every cent - positive attention and comfort rolled into one! ,->

I really wanted a pair of Fleuvogs. I love all of the Victoriana ones. But none were comfortable, and for over $100 I needed comfortable. Like, comfortable for real. Not comfortable for women, who have been wearing insane shoes since they were 8 and don't know what shoes are supposed to feel like. The woman (I forget her name now!) in the Chicago store was so totally nice to me and tried everything. Finally she got me to try these, which were also on sale. They were totally, completely, perfectly comfortable. I love them. I would never have thought to try them on. But not only do I love how they feel, I turn out to love how I feel in them. They have these belt-like straps that make you feel like a cross between Peter Pan and Tank Girl. Plus I keep getting compliments on them. Yay the wonderful woman in the Chicago store.

Finally! I finally found the boots!
I have been searching all winter for new boots, have tried so many different styles and brands. I wanted quality leather, leather lining, good support, style... these have it all. I particularly like the wrap style of these boots, with good adjustability in the straps. I ordered 9.5 in these (I normally wear a 9 in mortal shoes) and they are perfect. My first Fluevogs, but definitely not my last!

Thanks...I think I love you!
I just received my first Fluevog's about an hour ago!! I tried on the Hope Reverie (black, and a great sale price) first! The left fit perfectly and the right, like all shoes, is a bit more snug. Having said that, after an hour they are feeling perfectly comfortable, practically begging to not be taken off!! So I won't! Not sure the husband will let me sleep in them, but I might try! TTS and they are very beautiful!! Thanks!

They won me over
I got these as one of two pairs of boots I ordered online. The others(Hillary boots) were instantly perfect. After spending some time adjusting the way these were belted, it was like they were made for me. The first time I wore them I got compliments and inquiries about where to find such unique footwear. I ended up having to spell "Fluevog" and share my addiction with others. ?:-)

These. Are. Amazing.
I spent >3 hours trying in every black boot at the store in an 8.5 i could jam my shapely calves into.
On visit two, after a long debate with me over needing a functional office boot that could be sexy, professional-esque and deal with rain *and* snow, one of the fluevogi-ans recommended that's wicked. It was close, but still debatable...then finally, a suggestion for this boot...
Skeptical, i tried it on: insta-love.
The 8.5 fit my foot perfectly, the sturdy heels more comfy than all the flats i had tried...and the style...punky-whimsy-biker-cowboy-peter pan is just crazy and eclectic enough it is perfect for me :) and doubtlessly will be for years to come.
I'm 100% smitten.
Thank you John, for an awesome new boot! My first pair of 'vogs!!!! @>-
