Love my boots!

I needed boots, liked the look of these, but mostly tried them on because I thought I could fit them on my larger calves. Once they were on, it was an easy decision. I wear them with the outside zipper all the way down and am totally in love. They were comfortable from the get-go and I now wear them every day! :-D

I was doomed!

I received a newsletter that included these beauties awhile ago and drooled. While in Toronto recently I decided to check them out in person to confirm the finish of the leather because they looked like suede to me. As soon as I slipped them on (b/c how could I not?!) I knew I was doomed to buy them! Four weeks later I am still ecstatic and thrilled every time I pull them on. Thank you John!

Swoon!

I was visting Vancouver a couple weekends ago with a girlfriend (and Fluevog enthusiast) for the Fox & Fluevog exhibit at MOV. I came to appreciate the artistry and love that goes into the design and manufacture of these shoes. We visited the Granville Street store and I tried them on. All I could think was: MUST HAVE! When I got home I called the Seattle store, but they didn't have my size. I promptly ordered online and was contacted by the San Francisco store the next day. Ash took great care of me! My boots arrived just 2 days after they were ordered. Like everyone else, I couldn't be happier. I'm now (officially) a Fluevog fan!

Love Love Love

I had been lusting after these boots the moment I saw them on the website. A couple of days ago I went to my local store and just wanted to try them on. Of course, that meant I walked out owning one of the last pairs in the purple color. Like other people have mentioned, these are much more accomodating with the calf size than other Fluevog boots. Not to mention they are also flats. As much as I adore my Fluevog heels, I know that these are going to get the most use out of any of my other Fluevogs. These are also extremely comfortable without any breaking in. I put them on first thing in the morning yesterday and didn't take them off until the evening after walking several miles in them and my feet couldn't be happier.

Last winter after trying on every boot in your Boston store I sent a sad email to Fluevog asking for tall ladies boots that would accommodate wide calves. I've been a vog wearer for years, but have never been able to zip up a pair of your tall boots. Perhaps it is too much to hope that you made these boots as a specific response to my request, but I couldn't be happier! I ran out an bought them the day I saw them online (purple of course) and I am thrilled thrilled thrilled! Thank you for these adorable boots which perfectly fit my muscular calves.

These boots are awesome! I took a visiting friend to the Fluevog store (poor thing lives in a country without Fluevog stores) with the firm intention of not buying anything. Then I spotted them...I mumbled:"Oh, I'll just try them on" which was the beginning of the end. A note on fit: I'm a 6 1/2 and the 7s fit beautifully. I also find that the purple is deeper (i.e. less pink) "in person".

Epic Win

Just bought these today and am thrilled to death. This is the first pair of tall boots I've managed to get my calves into in 20 years. The suede is lovely, the purple delicious, the comfort high. The side zip hides a gusset that will adjust to how much room you need so you can make them slouchy or sleek at your whim. In general I take a size 7 but in the radios I am an 8. I haven't taken them off yet and I don't want to.
