Headliners | March [Brun]

Headliners come and go, solid foundations last a lifetime.

Gorgeous--but not for the high-arched!

I ordered a pair of these from the Calgary store. They got here and I nearly drooled over the shape and the softness and the blue soles. Then I nearly cried, because I couldn't put them on. My arches are too high to slide in, even with the laces out and the zipper all the way down. I got on the phone to Calgary, and Tanya talked me off the ledge, giving me lots of expert info until I was able to choose a different boot to exchange these beauties for. My warning: if you DON'T have high arches, buy these and wear them with maximum love.

I have been drooling over these boots for months, despite the fact that they are "mens" shoes. Thanks to their going on sale, I finally took the plunge and ordered a pair in the black leather, and am so happy I did. I am almost always a Fluevog 9 women's, normally a non-'Vog 8.5 wide. I ordered a pair of these in a 7 men's, and they fit perfectly. Being men's shoes, they run intentionally/stylistically long in the toebox, so if you don't run wide you might want to size down. The leather is as soft as butter, and the grey laces perfectly set off the texture and color of the boots. The boots are immediately comfortable, and although I've only worn the outside a couple of times since purchasing them, I have received a ton of compliments. These go well with hot-shorts, work trousers, skinny jeans, and more.

fantastic boot!

recently purchased these boots from the new fluevog in portland, and absolutely love them. soft, supple leather, mixed with canvas, give them a refined bit of urban grit. love them worn loosely with skinny jeans when heading out for coffee or a drink, also tied up to the top worn under wool trousers for a wear-to-work look. HIGHLY recommended!

Heaven on the Westcoast

Having just bought my Blue Dubs last November in LA and then seeing this Headliner March last month I said 'This is got to be my next shoe. Totally love the funkiness of the brown lace and the zipper / eyelet combo look. Awesome colour also. I happened to be in Seattle so I bought it and had to walk it right from the store. Lovin it. Great staff at both stores, like shoe heaven.

Wicked

I saw these boots here on the site and immediately decided I had to have them. I made the trek to Toronto (from a good distance away), on a rainy as hell day at that. So after some hardship, I finally had my pair. They have a wicked almost victorian look to them (the boots that is.) I don't think I'll be wearing anything but Fluevog now.
