Amateur de la radio publique lors de ses trajets en voiture, John a passé beaucoup de temps au volant de sa Fluegar en syntonisant à PRI (Public Radio International basé au Minnesota). Outre l'émission This American Life, John reconnaît aussi les principes et valeurs de la station qui célèbre la diversité, les idées globales qui amènent à élargir la pensée, et le pouvoir d'un média public à encourager et promouvoir les arts, la culture et l'esprit humain. C'est dans cet esprit que John fut inspiré à créer une botte aux airs vintage pour les Fluevogeurs ouvriers en utilisant un cuir italien vieilli et solide avec un embout ciré pour créer cet effet brûlé et goudronné. Avec une courroie et boucle au coup-de-pied, une fermeture éclair industrielle à l'intérieur du mollet, et un style ample, la botte PRI permet un style et un ajustement versatiles. Les semelles de tunite avec une surface de caoutchouc souple qui se ressemellent font de la PRI une bonne botte confortable et pratique pour votre garde-robe.

Spring Boots
I purchased these boots for the "Winter turning into Spring" season. They are perfect for this time of year. Light weight and great with spring fabrics.

poor quality
I purchased the Radio PRI boots a year ago, and wore them through the winter, by the end of the season they were showing signs of wear; the sole is seperating from the leather boot and the zipper is no longer functioning. I just called the store and spoke to a rep asking what they could do for me and all i got was an explaination of the eight month return policy. I am very dissapointed in the response and quality of the shoe and would not reccomend them.

Radio Boot
These are by far the GREATEST boot ever!!! I do not own a pair but my daughter does. She travels extensively all over the world. She does not take these with her as she does not want they to get ruined in her suitcase. Therefore, she leaves them at home. My teenage daughter and I sneak them every chance we get. Only thing we love about her leaving is boring the boots. Everytime they are worn I receive compliments. Comfort like no other! One day I shall own a pair.

Purple Boots!!
These are the best boots I have ever owned!! The fit is fantastic. The comments I receive are too much! I cannot say enough. Everyone wants to know where I got them. They go great with my purple cape! I feel fantastic riding my broomstick in these magic boots! :-)

I want to wear these EVERY day! I have gotten so many comments since I snagged these beauties on sale it is ridiculous! Words cannot express how great these are on the foot. Everybody should have a pair!

I would like to file a complaint against John Fluevog. After finally being able to own a pair of my own, I purchased the Radio in purple. You have ruined me for any other boot or shoe out there - I have even slept in them. I can't say enough -I rear them almost every day and always receive a compliment every time.........now I have to save for my next pair.

Purple Fantasticness
I have long coveted Fluevog boots, but my womanly calves kept me from my dream. These fit awesome right out of the box (Rebecca at the Chicago store was FAB at helping me with fit). The toe box initially felt narrow and the heel rubbed a little, but after one whole day in them, they have softened up and are perfect. The purple is lovely and not too outrageous for my professional job. The buckles do jingle when I walk, so these will not be my "stealth" boots! So happy!

Adorable and super comfy
I got the last pair in purple from the L.A. store, size 6. I couldn't resist them. They look great even on my short legs (I'm 5'1"), go on super easy, and camouflage my thicker calves. They look great on bare legs, or with hose, tights, knee socks, and OTK socks. I am going to have a lot of fun with these babies. @>- By the way, I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Shawn at the L.A. store. I needed another pair of knee-high Fluevog boots stretched (Operetta Zinka), and he happily did it for me even though I didn't buy them at the store. (The Zinkas, btw, are also GORGEOUS -- I bow down to John Fluevog!). As an added bonus, Shawn also made me his guinea pig for the new Spring '11 collection. I'm so glad I didn't have any other appointments. Needless to say, I had one of the best afternoons ever!

They were first pair of fluevogs and now I have 3 pairs! :) I can now say I will be fluevoging for years to come.
The radio series fits so beautifully and I received many compliments on them since I have them. :-D I definitely made a great choice on buying these boots and am currently a happy fluevogger! ,-)

Beautiful - except for the blisters
These boots look fabulous - cool style, cool colour. I wore them yesterday for the first time and let's just say things didn't go so well! The stitching around the heel kept rubbing and I wound up with a blister on each heel :(
Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?
