John continues on the mantra of "Good Soles leave Small Prints (no matter what the shoe size)" by bringing us the Promise. Featuring soft Italian, veggie-tanned leathers, complete with 'f' pattern etchings, on a 1.5" 100% bamboo heel and a molded sole that extends to the heel for extra shock absorption, the lace-up Promise keeps the fire alight. An amazingly comfortable heel and style. The Hopes Promise can fit short in the toe for people with longer toes/foot.

Black marking soles! Eeek!
I love these shoes. I love them so much I had to track down a pair on Another Website after they were sold out. But alas! The
nifty leather sole piece cuts off at the midball of my foot (ouch) and worst of all, the black rubber soles are VeryMarking. A little work at the shoemakers and they are perfection indeed. Please make more in this family, and skip the black soles next time!

Love my shoes!
I love these shoes as well. Got them in SF when I was there visiting as well as a pair of boots and another pair of shoes! I do have problems with the heel on these shoes coming unglued though so when you purchase them make sure you also get extra rubber heels. Thanks Fluevog!

Best every day shoe possible!
Just picked up my third pair in the Hope line at the Calgary store opening. Got them in the dark purple/wine color that doesn't even show up on this site yet! They are just so unbelievabley comfortable and understated beauty...you will not regret these. I am one size up in this line.

Oh my! Received these shoes about a week ago and they were uber comfy right out of the box with no break-in required. I tried them on initially without socks, and the interior of this shoe seems smoooooth with no sticking-out bits to irritate your footsies. I've been wearing them to work with socks and sometimes I forget they're on my feet. I'm a solid size 8, however in these shoes I sized a half size up and they are perfect! ,->

Comfy, solid and ample toebox
Got these in the black. Great with pants - or a long skirt and black tights, for leg lengthening. As usual, very comfortable right away. Well-centered heel. Cushioned soles. Could easily walk or stand in all day.
Surprised By The Awesomeness of These!
Rachel at the Newbury Street store in Boston is amazing -- I was looking for a cute spring/summer shoe to run around in with skirts and pants and she got these out for me (sage and grey). I didn't think I would love them but the moment I put them on it was sheer delight. The comfort factor is amazing, of course, but what I didn't count on was how adorable the cut of the shoe makes your feet look. They're just amazingly cute and gorgeous in person -- I can't wear to wear them all the time. I'm a true Vogaholic!

Gorgeous AND comfy as always!!
I absolutely love these shoes!!! I am a fluevog junkie and these are my latest purchase. I am prone to plantar fasciitis and fluevogs are the only shoes/boots on the planet that allow me to wear a heel and walk for hours without any discomfort. They last forever and are unique and gorgeous. I always get compliments wherever I go... the same goes for these shoes (in black). Super cute with jeans and dress pants, and make your legs look fabulous with skirts and dresses! Unfortunately, I have just started having the same problem with the rubber bit on one of the heels. I wear these to work often and this is after a fair amount of wear, but I was surprised as I have never had a manufacturing issue with any previous vogs. Still love them of course :-D @>-

Hi Jen, make sure you contact a Fluevog store about your heel situation. They can help you out. Thanks

Comfy, cute...but having heel trouble
I love these shoes! Have had them since Oct of last year, but have worn them the equivalent of about 3 weeks. The heels on both (the gum rubber bit) are coming unglued, and one has torn completely off on the corner. I realize the streets of SF can be a bit beat up, but I'd hope that these shoes would last longer than a few weeks. Hoping to get them repaired. Wondering if anyone else has had trouble with this style of heel tap.

I've been lusting after these for a while, and finally bought the orange (a bit more like a rust), which are absolutely beautiful and instantly comfortable. I'm really happy with the heel height, which I find easier for walking.

Went to Disney World for 5 days at Christmas. Tons of walking, so I planned ahead and brought my sneakers. After 1 day in the sneaks, my feet were KILLING me! Plantar fasciitis, yuck!! I switched to these gorgeous orange honeys and all my pain disappeared. 4 days straight of running through the parks pain free. They saved my vacation! Plus, in every line someone asked me about them and told me how cute they were. As if I didn't already know ;-) Love those Vogs!
