En 1899, l'adolescente turbulente Pearl Hart (âgée de 17 ans) a quitté son village natal en Ontario pour l'Ouest. Lorsqu'elle était à Tucson, elle devint amoureuse d'un escroc moustachu nommé Joe Boot. Ensemble, ils formèrent un duo d'agresseurs accomplis. Lorsqu'elle apprit que sa mère était gravement malade et qu'elle avait besoin d'argent, Pearl visa plus haut et devint la première voleuse de diligences en Arizona. Lorsqu'elle fut arrêtée par le shérif alors qu'elle faisait la sieste, on la condamna à cinq ans de prison dans un pénitencier pour hommes. Elle devint non seulement la première femme emprisonnée en Arizona mais aussi la première à devenir enceinte en prison! On la relâcha par la suite parce que les deux détenus avec qui elle partageait sa cellule étaient l'ancien gouverneur et un ministre.

My sixth pair of 'Vogs. Love, love, all I have. I wore these to my 35th high school reunion, yes, old women love vogs, poorly constructed heels destroyed my feet. I bought these as soon as I tried them on. I love to dance, but most of my Fluevogs have stickey soles, honey, believe me, this is a pair of dancing shoes. I danced for four hours, swing, disco, whatever that 70's stuff was we used to do and still enjoy. Now, I have this pair in black base with a cream-ivory trim, I bought them at a little shop in my city of Decatur Ga. Envy me, they are not online. ]:o)

I saw these online and instantly coveted the red version, but when I went to the store, they proved to be more pinkish than I would ever wear. So I bought the black instead, and they are fabulous. Comfy right out of the box... no breaking in! Years ago I seemed to take a size 7 in 'Vogs and now I seem to be a 6.5. I have wide feet and there is no toe cramping with these. They are awesome with patterned stockings. If only there was a tall boot version! xo

Head Over Heels In Love
Pearl Hart in Olive & Taupe - my first Fluevogs and I am completely in LOVE! Fell in love with them online, and managed to beg, borrow and steal 30 minutes from a whirlwind New England trip this weekend to drive into Boston and see them in person. Needless to say, I left the store with them! Size 6 fits perfectly, but I do have to say may be a little on the narrow side for most (I normally look for more narrow shoes.) Many thanks to Ali at the Boston store, she was amazing! Planning to wear these out and about, work, play dress up, and MY WEDDING!

I went to the boston store, and tried these on. I loved how they look on my feet and how they feel. It's very comfortable and the design is different but not weird. It is classy yet unique. The sales people in the boston store were very friendly and helpful, I ended up buying them even though it is way too much to spend on shoes for me. It's hard to resist them. The quality and design is top rate and they just look so cute and beautiful. The wine color in in real life is more pink than the one on the website, in case someone is wondering. The green is about the same as the website. Size run a bit big. I usually wear 8.5, but the 8 fits fine. It seems not all Fluevog shoes have the same fitting. Some I needed 8.5, some are 8, and even tried one where 7.5 fits great. Good thing i am somewhat close to Boston to take advantage of trying them on. Love them! I wish I have more money to get the wine color too. The store didn't have my size, which saved me some more $$, haha... ,-)

Experiencing a slight Fluevog addiction.
I purchased my first pair of fluevogs this past March, a pair of black Malibrans. Since then I have purchased 3 more pairs. Not bad for 6 months. I Love my blue Arabicas. I call them my sexy, sexy shoes. Doubling up on the adjectives when they are this gorgeous and unbelievably comfortable. I don't know how he does it. But keep creating and I'll keep buying.

Took the Clipper to Seattle. First stop?? Fluevog. I had to meet these little darlings in person. They felt so good that I needed a cigarette after trying them on! They fit, they are adored by all, and with all of the sidewalk grates in Seattle, they proved to be little troopers with their wide heel base. Already saving up for my third pair of FS. I love you John!!! You treatme like a princess.... ]:o)

Thanks Rayna at Gastown store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Fluevogs.The first time I wore them I received lots of compliments on them.I love the way the fit they are so comfortable(no breaking in my feet). They feel like a dream to wear and are true to size. I feel absolutely fabulous in them and they are drop dead gorgeous.These are the first pair of Fluevogs that I have owned and they won't be the last. I feel an addiction coming on (is there a Fluevog anonymous?) ,->

Adorable and functional
I'm a photographer, and needed shoes that both looked great and can work for long hours when I'm shooting big weddings. Everyone said, "get Fluevogs!". I originally had my eyes on Lily Darlings, but upon visiting a store and trying them on I found my heels were too narrow for any of the strapless styles. :( Fortunately the staff were very helpful and helped me find something else that would work. These were even better, and I just LOVE them! They are so comfortable, stylish, adorable and just perfect.

Perfect Green shoe!
I have these in the Green and they are the perfect shoe for every occasion! Lots of compliments for these babies! They fit true to size. :-)
