In 1889, Pioneer Libby Smith (age 16) was captured by a tribe of Native Americans and was forced into a tribal death-game called "the gauntlet." After surviving a near-fatal tomahawk to the head, Libby later became famous as an integral part of the "77" - a renegade vigilante group who helped protect the settlers of Montana. Using soft dusty leathers with faux-spats & buttons on a 2.5" Fellowship-hi heel and tunite Bellevue sole, this zipped calf-high boot is sure to get you through the Gauntlet in one piece.

Cute boots but disappointing.
I love the look of these boots. They are super cute and I was pretty excited when I first got them... That being said, however, within a month or so of wearing them 2-3 times a week, 3 of the pink buttons fell off and the heel on the right boot was completely worn down! I'm an elementary school teacher so yes, I am on my feet a lot, but still!! Considering the price of these boots, I was pretty disappointed! I've been looking for replacement parts on the website, however I am not sure which heel pads I need, and unfortunately, they don't seem to sell extra pink buttons. :-(

These boots are adorable and well-made but SO tight around the ankle. Very hard to move your foot around and the hope that they will eventually stretch out is wishful thinking. I am sending them back.

First, but not my last
I'd been hemming and hawing over these boots for some time, and finally made it into the Calgary store to try these beauties on. I was aware of their narrow reputation, but was pleased to find that they fit me well. I'm usually a 10, and found the 10.5 to be just perfect. They are a bit snug through the ankle, but the soft leather will give a bit, and they will be like a perfect custom fit! I wore them to work today, including a walk to and from the train, and they were comfy all day. No complaints at all. So glad I finally broke down and bought them!

have been looking for ankle or mid-calf length boots that are suitable for the office but aren't just boring black. these fit the bill -- conservative enough for work but just a teeny little bit sassy. love the buttons and curved heel! works well with black leggings or tights in the winter, or even with dress slacks. am a US size 7, and these fit just right. :-)

Stylish & comfy!
These GORGEOUS, extremely COMFY boots became my 8th pair of Fluevogs at the Portland store thanks to my birthday money. I am 5'9" and normally wear an 11 and the size 11 in these fit like a glove. Wore them all day at work with no problems whatsoever. I agree that they are a little more narrow than other Vogs so if you have slim/narrow feet they should be perfect. Also, the buttons are definitely plum/mauve colored, NOT red like in the picture. They add a nice post-modern flair to your wardrobe, and I guarantee you'll get noticed! These are my most comfortable Vogs so far and I love them @>-

I was so excited to come into yr shop on my recent trip to New York. I heve a very narrow foot so most shoes are too wide but these little beauties are perfect I love them. Everyone back home also thinks they are very cool. Please open a store in Sydney.
So much character
I have been looking for grey boots for 2 seasons. I stumbled upon the Libby Smiths, and grey had to wait. I was finishing up a novel, and these seemed like they belonged to my favorite character! I was powerless. I ended up blogging about their amazingness! The fit has been a bit of a challenge. While the length and width of the boot is fine, the ankle is tight. Walking up and down stairs offered particular challenges. I was thinking I'd take them to France, but this stair problem dissuaded me. (Good thing, since we had appartements up several flights every place we went!) They are stretching out, and feeling better. They're still the cutest boots around and get compliments whenever I wear them. They're great for walking on the flats. @>-

I had seen these on the website and made my way to Newbury Street to try them (and a ton more) on. The salespeople were fantastic and when I put these on, I would have worn them right out of the store had it not been for the winter weather. I got to wear them this weekend for a Mad Hatter's Tea Party and they got LOTS of compliments. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them and wish the weather was behaving a little more this year so I can wear them every where! Side note: I have dancer calves and they worked for me, but I did buy them in 9 rather than my usual 8 1/2. P-)

I just got mine in black today! I now believe that I do not want children ...just a collection Fluevog shoe babies. Just me and my Fluevog shoe babies in the nursing home when I am 80.

pretty but going back
ordered this purrple and brown and got them today. Very pretty look and they are snug so of you are a medium width you will have to stretch them. They are scratched and look like they were worn. I am sending them back.
