Bee's Knees
[Blue & Pink]
When The Mini Heel was first introduced in 2001, John
decided all styles with this heel would be named after
lover's nicknames. Although we can't tell you exactly who
The Bee's Knees were named after, we can tell you the name
dedication certainly made a buzz around the Fluevog office.
The spats-inspired Bee's Knees shoe features contrast
piping, electric colour combinations of soft aniline
leathers, a sidelace design, and the iconic 3" Mini
hourglass heel with a rubber F-Sole for the ultimate
traction, durability and comfort. Go on, fall in love. We
dare you!
Shawn and Amber from our Washington DC store says:
The Bee's Knees have an amazingly comfortable heel and has wider and higher toe box. Lots of wiggle room! Some might find the best to go down half a size.

I can finally stop kicking myself for not buying the glorious Momo 3 years ago when I had the chance; the Bee's Knees with their charming side laces are more than enough to sustain me as I prowl the internet in the vain hope of finding some Momos that need a good home. The teal/fuchsia colors are sublime and the leather is soft yet sturdy and they're comfortable right out of the box. As suggested by sizing info I went for what I consider my true size of 7.5 (in other Minis I'm 7.5 to 8)as they seem a bit bigger and the side lacing affords some adjustability.

Walking on Clouds
This is my first pair of Mini's. It is like walking on clouds. Effortless. The blue and pink coloring is so very me. I have a narrow heal so I need to use a heal grip. Other than that the shoes are perfect....Thank you again to the Granville Fluevog Family. You are all amazingly awesome.

Gorgeous, with caveats
Loved them, love the turquoise/pink color combo, and as always, love the Mini family. However, also as always, my arch does not touch the inside of the shoe, so I had to get some "high arch" insoles for them. That solved the arch problem, but then the balls of my feet hurt (another "as always" for me with Minis). Working on finding some effective insert that will take the pressure off the ball of my foot, as well as build up the arch, so that I can wear these beauties for longer than half an hour. I'd buy more Minis, probably every style, if I could solve this ball of foot problem.
