Prepare for the Future, choose well today. (Préparez-vous pour l'avenir, faites le bon choix aujourd'hui.)

The angle of the toe swoop makes them fit a half size smaller.

Thanks for the cool as shoes, these became my third pair of fluevogs. Love the soft smokey pinky red color, Comforty to wear on the first outing so as they soften up more they will be like having nothing on my feet i am sure.

Coolest Mary Jane's
I love a good MJ, but this takes the cake. Comfortable, fun and lifts you up, way up. It goes with just about anything - any style jeans (except for maybe mom...), leggings, dress, dressed up or down, with or without socks or tights. I can wear it for hours and still keep walkin'. The construction is solid and I think I'm going to enjoy them for many many years, especially because I take exceptional care of all of my vogs. Thanks JF!

Colour differential ...
To Fluevog lovers who are into really bright shoes: The orange is bright orangey orange on the website but the colour in the box is actually a browny pink ... definitely not an orangey red - more like a pinky brown ... I have a pair of orange Fiorenzas and they are ORANGE! And looked true to type on the website on my monitor when they were there ... I'm so disappointed in the dull colour because these are such amazing shoes (I have the blue & brown)!

Love these! I wear a 7 in Operettas, and the 7 is perfect in these. They're very comfortable with plenty of width in the toe for my picky feet. The blue is a great color and the style is versatile for dresses, jeans, whatever.

great shoes, but poor quality/service
These shoes look great, and feel better. I wore them regularly but certainly not exclusively for several weeks, when I noticed that the soft rubber heel caps were already worn down. Seems to me that an expensive shoe like this should not need repair work after so short a period. I called one of the Fluevog shops, and was blithely told that I can get the caps replaced at my local cobbler's, and that the shoes are made to be repaired. Well, yes, eventually, but not after just a few weeks of intermittent use, I would think. I asked about getting replacement caps, as I had for my Minis, and the salesperson said that my local shoemaker would have to supply the caps, as the company only carries caps for heels that have the company logo on them. I pointed out that the heels of the Prepare family DO feature the logo, and are an odd size and shape. But no luck. So buy these shoes and enjoy them, but expect to spend a little extra, in time and money, to keep them going beyond the first weeks.

We walk everywhere in NYC and these are the best walking shoes...ever! I bought the blue in a size 6, I'm usually a 6.5 -- the half size down is a perfect fit. Run, don't walk and pick up a pair, you will not be disappointed. All the colors offered are neutral and will go with anything. I want one in every color.

a surprise is the best prize
I went to the new-ish Calgary store to spend my TOP 15 WINNER gift certificate yesterday! The staff there convinced me to try these on, and they actually are so comfortable. The platform makes it seem like there is no heel, and I wore them all day... got lots of comments during the rest of my shopping. My new favorites for sure! Thanks John for making these, AND for the awesome gift certificate! "I'm 31 and single, Fluevogs are all I got". Julie.

happiness is a vog-clog
I bought the Ask Response in orange last year for my birthday and this year it was the blue Prepare Guide. I love both these shoes...I wear them both to work with my reserved slacks and sweaters. I wear them both with rolled up cargos after work.
The Guides - I love love these shoes. I had written a suggestion to JF at one point to bring out a winter Prepares bootie. And today I see the Merit and I want it in both colors. I opted for the black first because it's a good basic with skirts and black tights but that burnt orange is calling me for my next purchase. Vaaaalll-irie.
PS. just had the protective soles replaced on my Ask clogs and even the cobbler admired them.

Thank you for restocking these... They are gorgeous and comfortable and sexy and I cannot get enough of them. I'm going to walk 14 blocks to the Portland store today wearing my orange ones, to pick up my new blue ones.
