Stepped into my local Fluevoggerie (that would be Washington DC) to try the fantabulous Rainbow boot, but before I could open my lips to say, "Size 8 please" I spotted these hefty hunks of gorgeous. My man Shawn brought me the purple and the yellow to try, since I could not decide--I pronked around the store in one of each color, which clenched the deal: "I'll take 'em both!" I wear one of each color and amaze the masses. I normally wear an 8 (although I have Vogs all over the map--John does not want us to be complacent), but these lovelies fit me much better in a 7. They have weight, which stabilizes them, the heel does not feel high, the weird toe seam is delightful, and so far they rawk with skinny jeans, short skirts, long skirts, and baby bootcut cords. Will I abandon all my Guides? Nope. But move over in the closet--Prepare Hi is "last"ing love!
