Queen Transcendent |
Exceed your own expectations. (Allez au-delà de vos propres attentes.)

Superfantabulous first Fluevog(s)! (aka where have you been all my life?)
I spent the weekend online searching and in-store fitting designer shoes, only to find the best not-so kept secret one block from Holt Renfrew.
My husband picked this out from the shelf as we walked in. He said it's pretty and the heel looks like a chair! (The only other ones he handpicked were Louboutins, which were uhm err painfully beautiful.)
These shoes are gorgeous, classy and funky at the same time. They are absolutely flattering, exceptionally hand-crafted, and perfectly comfortable.
These fit smaller than other brands. I usually take a 6.5 or 7, but I bought the 6. I love the buttery soft leather that molds nicely around my bunions. It has the right amount of cushion and arch support. The heels look high but do not feel high.
The only downside, they sound clunky on hard floors. I'll have to have some work done on the bottoms.
We received marvelous customer service at the Calgary store. Jody was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her passion for Fluevogs was so contagious.
All in all, a superfantabulous experience! Extremely happy to have found my shoe store.

these are the most beautiful, perfect shoe i have ever seen.
they fit like a dream. i had been looking at the elizabeth's (same heel, but with the mary jane strap) and loved them but every other shoe paled in comparison when i set my eyes on these. john has gone above and beyond with these soles. they are also aptly named; nefertiti: shoes designed for a queen.
