7th Heaven |
Almost 25 years ago John launched the first Angel-soled Fluevogs into the world! Since then Angels have been part of various social and fashion movements, and are often referred to as the most comfortable soles on the planet. The 7th Heaven Angel Soles add rubber to the mix, but you still get that amazing comfort that you're used to and they're still resoleable.
To celebrate the new 7th Heaven Angel Soles, John has relaunched the Angela style complete with leather lining and padded foot socks, in amazing nontraditional colourways. Made in Europe, these 7th Heaven Angelas still "resist alkali, water, acid, fatigue and Satan" and go perfectly with jeans, pants, skirts and cheekiness. DDFT!

The 7th Heaven Angela runs half a size short in comparison to other Angels.

Great shoe but needed some Rx from my cobbler
The angle of the heel pushed in but luckily Broadway Shoe Repair in Chicago did some percussive adjustment and stretched the back so they no longer cut into the back of my feet. 17 pairs so far!

when these went on sale i HAD to get them! I'm still breaking them in, but i can tell they'll last FOREVER. I can wear them whenever, so I know they'll be worth the price!

I have four of these lovely Angela shoes. I love trem all and they're just the kind of shoes I can wear. I was looking for another pair and It seems you don't make them anymore. I was wandering if you can find somewhere a pair of Heaven Angela acid green size 91/2. I would thank you forever if you can do this for me.

We opened a bottle of wine with these beauties!!
These are my go to shoes this summer in Alaska. We had to take drastic measures one night at a cabin in Denali National Park. What do a bunch of ladies do with bottles of wine and no corkscrew? Use my Angel to take about 25 good whacks to the bottom of the bottle until the cork edged out with each good blow with the sole of my acid purple 7th Heaven vog! Not only are these sweet Angels head turners, they are wine openers!

the shoes dreams are made of.....
I LOVE these shoes!!!! Ordered the black & white Angela maryjanes, the reviews said they run small & wide - I normally wear a 7 1/2, so I ordered an 8 and they fit like they were made for me. I get lots of compliments whenever I wear them.

Pair #18 Wicked Eye Catching Style
I had been watching these shoes, waiting for them to go on sale and BINGO! Lucky me. These definitely run a 1/2 size small so the 10.5s worked perfectly for me. I bought the black & white pair. As always, Fluevogs bring compliments and make my feet very happy.

Short, wide and heavy
These are great shoes, but they are, as in the title, short, wide, and heavy. I ordered up a 1/2 size and cinched up the strap. I already got my first compliment today, on their first wearing. :)

I'm a sucker for a good Fluevog sale, and when these came up in my size in the black and white combo I loved, I jumped at the chance. I didn't have some of the issues other buyers have with a narrow fit. I'm an 8.5 in non-Fluevog shoes, but ordered a 9 in these (I'm also a 9 in the Mini-Lover) and they fit perfectly. The craftsmanship is wonderful as always, and they have a nice sturdy rubber sole. So cute with a skirt or jeans. Very happy with these!

Too much stiffie
Boy, do I ever love the look of these tough Mary Janes and couldn't wait for them to arrive in the post. Imagine my sadness when I tried them on and discovered they are short and narrow in the toe box, loose in the heel and constructed of VERY stiff leather that promises to cut me like a mother-in-law's tongue.
Other reviewers have noted that while this shoe fits small, they also fit wide. Yes and no. Yes, they fit small (in length) but they do NOT fit wide. I have a solid D-width foot and ordered these based on the reviews claiming a wide shoe. No amount of pain suffered to attempt to break them in will make them comfie, so they are going back.

Well, these are the cutest shoe, and I wish I could say they were perfect, but they are quite short in the toe and correspondingly loose in the heel and very wide - the 9 was loose and the 8.5 slightly too small, and they are also very heavy to walk in. Plus the left shoe makes an annoying squelching noise when I walk. I'm afraid these are going to the second hand store. Sigh.
