A halfsize with a narrow foot, going down to the full size works great. For a wider halfsize, going up to the full size will do the trick.

My Favourite Shoes!
I had my eye on these at the Calgary store and could not resist when they went on sale. I have them in green! They definitely do run small ~ my other Vogs are 7's and 7 1/2's but had to go with an 8 and even that was snug to begin with. They are also very, very narrow but my husband spotted a nifty spot shoe stretcher at Lee Valley and these are now my most comfortable shoes. Just use it gently to ease any tight spots and you can walk forever in these beauties!

Classics!
Thanks to Nina at the Portland store for her help. I'm a narrow 6.5, but I had to go to 7. At the store I needed an insole, but I'm finding at home I can get along without it, even though now the tight bar is loosening up with wear. Beezie is a very comfortable every day shoe, good with jeans or skirts, and the perfect heel height for working in them all day. I've ordered some argyll socks from Portland's Sock Dreams. They'll be the perfect compliment!

Awesome
Gorgeous!! Got them in the brown and they are fantastic. They fit pretty true to size for me. My Vanni's are an 8 and so are my Adrianna boots although my other Vogs are 7.5 (and normally I'm an 8 in other shoe brands). I don't have a narrow foot so I'm confused by the other comments. Fabulous shoes, so well made. I love you John Fluevog!!

Runs small
I got these in green in my usual Fluevog size 10. These do run a little small, but I decided to keep them. They're more comfortable now after I've worn them a few times, and fit just fine with thin socks. Super cute - I've gotten lots of compliments on them. So, you may want to size 1/2 size up, or just get them in your usual size and wear them a bit/get them stretched.

Size issues
My Adriana Lunas fit perfectly in a size 11, so I felt confident in ordering the Adriana Beezie in the same size, but they feel exactly a half a size smaller. Why, Fluevog? Why can't a shoe in the same family be expected to fit in the same wonderful way? Sending them back and looking for something else, since they don't make an 11 1/2 or 12. Otherwise, a nice solid shoe, sad to see it go.

Way too small!
I fell in love with these in the Seattle Fluevog store, and I was so giddy that they carried it in my size. But when I tried them, they were at least a full size too small. I am a true size 11/42 B width and have no problems with an 11 in other brands. Other Fluevog 11s can sometimes be a little snug on me, but this one felt like I was trying to jam my poor feet into a 9. Please make this shoe bigger!
