Kitschy Kitschy Boom Boom |
The Liz Mary Janes are a delicious recipe combining the fit of The Hopeful Family, aniline leathers from The Mini Family, rubber soles from The Hope Family, and a modified 2.5" Wearever heel. They're so comfortable and stylish, that they were selected (in custom colours) as the official uniform shoe for all female flight attendants on Air Canada rouge! We challenge you to name another fashion shoe brand that is so dependable, it's been chosen to fly so high. With contrast piping, double buckles, and a new attitude, let The Liz be your sidekick on all your Fluevog adventures (in the air or on the ground).

The Liz is great for wider feet, but please go up at least a half size! These little beauties have been running on the short side and mostly everyone has gotten a half size bigger then their true size.

Do love these shoes, they are cute. But one thing to note - they are not 2" heels. Though based on the wearever heel (which I have several pairs) they are 2.5" - same height as the operetta. Consequently I do not find them as comfortable. I would have thought harder before buying them if the heel height was correctly recorded in the description.

These shoes are adorable, but sadly my first pair of Fluevogs will be my last. The quality was super disappointing - the heel is basically plastic that has been painted, and the paint wore off the edge of one of the heels from just wearing it while driving. JUST FROM DRIVING. So now the white plastic shows through and is super visible through the teal paint and it looks pretty bad. I expected so much better from Fluevog after all the glowing reviews. I would even have been upset if that happened with a cheap pair of shoes but in light of all the raves - and the expense - of these, I can't believe they couldn't survive one wearing.

Another love affair
Bought these in brown and aqua during Fluevog Day online...Normally I wear size 8.5 - 9, but following the reviews I ordered a 9.5. I was really nervous if they'd fit, but I've been walking around in my beauties all day and they are perfect! So happy I want them in all colors!!

Yep, had to have them!
Boys was it hard to decide between the turquoise and the tomato! Crystal in the Portland store is amazing and helped me choose the turquoise. I am so excited to actually be able to wear heels to work (I'm on my feet 9 hours plus). This makes my 16 th pair and I'm a believer! I agree they run a little short and a little on the wider side. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

Kitschy Kitschy Boom Boom Boots please!
Love these shoes and the cute style! I wish that in the fall these would be released as a boot! The shoes are comfy and wearing them makes me smile.

I had only heard of Fluevog through my friend who used to fly to San Fran every year to buy hers (before we had a store here in Minneapolis). At her urging, I went to the Mpls store and walked out with these in PINK! Oh my I could have taken one in every color. Everywhere I wear them, people ask about them and compliment me on them. That has never happened! I wear a 9 or a 9.5, but I went up to a 10 for these which was a good idea. I am addicted to these and have just purchased the brown as well! LOVE!

Like a red velvet cupcake for your feet
Seriously? These shoes? Amazing. I bought them in Melbourne from Sole Devotion and had a totally girly moment and fell in love with these babies in the pink, white and black. So cute! So comfortable for a heel!!! These are magic shoes.

always get compliments!
I love these shoes!!! They are so, so, so comfortable. My husband bought them for me and I have never worn them somewhere without getting at least one compliment. They really stand out, but are casual enough to wear anywhere. I have them in black and wish I could afford to have them in more colors!

When I wear these shoes, random people come up to me on the street to compliment me on my footwear. (I have the black and pinks.) Salesman in San Francisco recommended I go up a size, which was excellent advice; I usually wear an 8 but got these in a 9. I am generally useless in heels, but I can wear these with confidence--very stable and as comfy as heels can be.
The "making of" video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrCzbw_LgMg) is also really interesting and makes me love these even more.
