Mollie Johnson
[Black & Grey]
In the late 1870's shortly after the Gold Rush, teenage prostitute Mollie Johnson arrived in Deadwood. Known as "the Queen of the Blonds," Mollie became the madam to a gaggle of "painted ladies" (one of whom was Ida Clark). In 1878, Mollie got married for the second time in her life to minstrel and comedian Lew Spencer, who was arrested shortly afterwards for shooting his other wife. Legend has it that Mollie disappeared not too soon after with a bag of stolen gold. Using soft, dusty Italian leathers with teardrop cut-out detailing, on a 2.5" Fellowship-hi heel and tunite Bellevue sole, this lace-up Mary Jane is surely looking out for you.

Life Saver
I had an idea, an image in my head of what I wanted in a work shoe and these shoes match that image perfectly. A comfortable dress shoe with the perfect heel. I am in love with the leather, the color, and the fit. WONDERFULLY MADE, thank you so much!

I bought them at the New York store. The minute I saw them live I knew I had to have them. The colors are much more interesting than they appear in the site picture, they are rich colors, brown and purple/lilac. They fit like a glove, and I know they are going to impress a lot of people. I am not wearing them until I have a very special ocassion, since I want them to be the center of attention. And the store staff was so nice, I plan to visit every time I go back to New York, even if only to say Hello. But I know I cannot resist buying.

Love at first slip
I thought these shoes were cute when I saw them. It wasn't until I slipped them on that I knew that I had to have them. They are amazingly soft and comfortable but look so GORGEOUS. They are so unusual and I love the colour combination (though I agree with the reviewer who said the pink is more purple). They fit true to size and look great with silky black tights and a short dress.

In LOVE!
I recieved these shoes as a birthday gift and I couldn't be happier. I had been lusting over these shoes(and a few other pairs ;) ) and now I wear them whenever possible. The heel is sooo cute and the laces just make them so unique. I always recieve compliments when I wear them and I wouldn't trade them for the world. What can I say? I love my Vogs!
Key to my fall wardrobe
These are my other new Vogs (the other being Vermeer boots)...these are so super comfy and I think I'll change up the lacing with Mokuba and Petersham ribbon. Off to troll vintage pattern site for the perfect 30's dress. I LOVE THESE SHOES

These are super gorgeous and comfy. I have wide feet and these are a bit narrow the first time you wear them, but soon feel perfect!
Regarding the color...the brown is less rust than appears in the photo- it's more medium brown.
And the 'pink' seems purple, not pink at all.
Still beautiful shoes, I just wish that they could get some accurate photos of colors on the site!
