In 1899, troublesome teenager Pearl Hart (age 17) left her hometown in Ontario for the Wild West. While in Tucson, Pearl fell in love with a mustachioed shyster named Joe Boot, and together they formed a successful mugging duo. After finding out that her mother had a serious illness and needed money, Pearl set her sights on bigger game and became the first stagecoach robber in Arizona. After getting caught napping by the Sheriff, Pearl was sentenced to 5 years of hard time in an all men's penitentiary - making her not only the first woman to go to prison in Arizona, but the first to get pregnant in prison! She was released afterwards due to the fact that her two cell mates were the former Governor and a Minister. Using soft dusty leathers with an ankle buckled strap on a 2.5" Fellowship-hi heel and tunite Bellevue sole, this Mary Jane is sure to get you in and out of trouble.

Dream shoes!
I am currently visiting the beautiful city of Vancouver, and I had to show my aunt that lives here what Fluevog was all about. She found the last pair of these babies in a size 7. Not only did I get a great discount, but I got them stretched right away for my thick feet to fit the toe box. They are so "me", it's like John asked me for my perfect pair of shoes. They are my 6th pair, and ended up being a gift. It's nice to have family that appreciate nice shoes, eh! ]:o)

Pearl Harts Saved My Feet
Recently I coordinated a two-day conference. On the first day, I wore my Pearl Harts from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and, on the second day, from 5:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. In spite of the long hours and all the walking I had to do, at the end of the second day, I still felt like I was walking on clouds. Those shoes saved my feet!

Perfect wedding shoes
I had several Fluevogs in mind for my wedding shoes, mostly from the Bellevue family. I had been undecided until I went to the Seattle store yesterday.
While visiting family we made a road trip to Seattle and our first order of business was to visit the Fluevog store.
Once I saw them I knew the lilacs were perfect. I can't wait to walk down the aisle in my Pearls. The leather is so beautifully soft, and even my thin heel won't pop out of these thanks to the mary jane strap. Gorgeous, comfortable, fun and functional. I wanted a shoe I knew I would wear after the wedding, and these babies are the ticket. :-D

"Pink rose" is not what I expected
This is my 18th or 19th pair of 'vogs, but my first in the Bellevue family. I like the shoe, and I'm going to keep it, but the colors are not at all what I expected. From the photo and color name (pink rose), I expected this to be a PINK shoe with beige trim. Instead, it's a mauve-ish shoe with olive green trim. Pretty, and vintage-y, but not what I expected. Luckily, it still matches the dress I bought it for, as the dress has tan and green in it, too. Also, the heel is plastic, not leather, and is a slightly different color from the rest of the shoe (more lavender). I don't like that (it looks cheap, to me, instead of funky), but since these were on sale, I can live with it. Just not up to the same standard as my many Operettas.

Beware!
These shoes are to die for, very sexy secretary, but they are narrow in the toe box and would not fit my standard-width feet X-) I was devastated to have to return them...

Love my new Pearl Harts!!
Bought the purple and cream online and absolutely love them! I am a size 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I have gotten many compliments on them and am looking forward to my next pair of Fluevogs!!! Great new designs! :-D

Shoe Heaven
Oh, Holy Dinah do I love my new Pearl Hearts! They don't have the glorious width of my Malibrans, but despite a bit of pinching and rubbing the first day, they have softened up wonderfully. I bought an 8.5 to accommodate my wide foot (I have the Malibrans in an 8 and the Calamities in a 9, which is my usual size) and by day 3 they had relaxed to perfectly hug my tootsies. Just don't wear them to fly in - an airport security guard just asked me to take them off so she could admire them!

Bought the olive and taupe variety today (after making the sweet sweet mistake of trying them on) and they are SO COMFORTABLE. I am not a heels kind of girl, but these are irresistible and they feel like flats. My feet are fairly narrow, and my usual size 9 fits like a dream. No pinching, no rubbing. What a fantastic pair of shoes. Thanks JF! <3

Love these shoes!
I saw my friend wearing these shoes and I had to have them. We both agree: very cute and very comfortable. I love all my Fluevogs but these are really something else! :-) :-)
