i wanted to buy the viardots in cream, to get more wear out of them, but my normal size of 6.5 was way too big! i ended up fitting a 5 (??), & couldn't leave without them - so goldenrod it is! sure they don't go with as much, but they are so cute & get noticed/complimented so much! of course, they're psychotically comfortable, i wear these & my malibrans barefoot - & can run/jump around with amazingly comfortable feet! love live the vogs! & the montreal store is heaven!

I Now Dream About Fluevogs

My, Oh my..5th pair!

My first pair of Vogs were the Malibrans, which I got at the NYC store, a year ago from April. They required no breaking in time. Back in Montreal, I went for more Vogs. I bought the Bips in two colours. Comfy, but not to wear as long as my Operettas. I bought the Friends but they don't stay on. :-( So, when returning to NYC last weekend, I decided to try the black Viardots. All my other Vogs are size 9, but these fit well in an 8.5. To show how comfortable these shoes are, the next day I wore them because the sandals I had been wearing the day before had caused my feet some pain. Yup - my tired, sore, swollen feet were only able to walk in my brand new Viardots! Now how about that?! @>-

New favorite shoe color: orange

I found these goldenrod shoes and was immediately smitten. After working overtime to pay for these beauties, I ran downtown to grab them. I love, love, love these shoes. They go with all the warm colors in my wardrobe, and look equally awesome with jeans as with more formal pants or skirts. And as with my other Fluevogs, you can wear heels all day and your feet are as comfy as when you wear sneakers. If you're not fortunate enough to have a store near you, I'd recommend ordering a 1/2 size smaller than usual. I'm normally a size 9M; nothing special about my feet. The 8 1/2 fits like a glove. And as always: expect to be stopped. I wore them for 8 hours yesterday and received 6 compliments from total strangers. I told them where I got them, of course--everybody should have such awesome shoes. I'm happy to advertise for you, Mr Fluevog! Thanks so much for another outstanding pair!

love my first pair of Vogs <3

My huny bought me these for my Birthday this year, and these were also my very first pair of Fluevogs. I had my eye on these babys for the last 6 months at least. I usually wear a 10 so I bought a 10 and they fit like a glove! Sooo comfy and soft inside. Wore them to work with jeans and they are very cute! Can't wait to buy another pair of Vogs...so hooked on these shoes now! JF- you ROCK! :-D

Unforgettable

These are my first Vogs and I will never forget when I bought them...they are so absolutely beautiful and comfi, it's unbelievable! I'd like to wear them more often, but here in Van the weather isn't good @ the moment. I truely love them and I just always get compliments when I wear them! Yesterday, waiting at the busstation, two elderly women (70 up) went by and were flabbergasted about my shoes...they couldn't look away, they stared @ my Vogs for about 10 minutes!!! Great deal though!! And I can truely say that these aren't my last Vogs...MUST HAVE a black pair once when I'm back in Switzerland, working again!! ,-)

MY SHOES

I don't get to wear these as much as I'd like to. They're not really beach wear. But I love them to death. I have them on display on my dresser...also warding off the invasive mold from the ocean air. When my friends come over I say, "have you seen my shoes?" The few times I've been able to wear them "out" they were all any of my communication partners could talk about. I love them. This is my second pair of Fluevogs, and they won't be my last. :-D

Sadly, I had to return these because the diagonal strap rubbed against my ankle in an uncomfortable way. The design, height of the heel, and roomy toebox otherwise would have been perfect. The problem with the strap surprised me because I tried these on in Vancouver and fell in love (but waited to get back to the U.S. to buy them). I then tried them on again in the Boston store and they felt great -- only they did not have the color I wanted. So I ordered them online and the pair I received had that uncomfortable strap. Not sure why the straps on other pairs I tried on didn't bother me. (:`(

My Perfect Wedding Shoes!!!

I plan on dancing all night at my wedding next April, and I thought a pair of Fluevogs might fit the bill, but I worried that the toes of these shoes would be too boxy for my dress. Not so! The ivory embroidery on the toes matches my '60s sheath dress perfectly. So excited!!!

My wife's wedding shoes

We were married in Fluevogs - she in the white version of these lovely shoes, and I in one of the very last of the old-style, pre-swirl Angels (in Burgundy). ,-> A few years later...it's almost time for our daughter to start wearing shoes. I wonder how small Fluevogs go...?
