Cutest thing that's ever been on my feet

I got the burgundy/brown version. My heart fluttered when I took these out of the box -- and then sank when I compared them to my Wyatt boots. The toes looked much narrower and I had to get the toes of the Wyatts stretched. "These are never going to fit, darn it, I'm going to have to send them back for an 8." But I was wrong -- they fit. Thank you Rebecca in Chicago! I have a medium width size 7-7.5 US foot and the 7 is perfect. They feel like slippers. Like all my Fluevogs, I don't want to take them off. Ever. My all-time favorite shoes have been replaced. I *will* buy another pair of these because I *love* them. The picture really does not do these shoes justice. They are elegant, funky, cute, comfortable, charming, classic, punky and just plain awesome.

Love'em, want another pair

I bought these in the brown version here in Montreal because I loved them and because they didn't have the size 10 anymore. I've been wearing them ever since. Those shoes, like the tea pots and the minis are amazing. Live long and prosper, as the man with pointy ears would say.

I think these shoes are super cool BUT not wide enough. I kept them anyway and are at a shoe shop being stretched. |-)

Comfortable wrapped up in awesome

These shoes need to be appreciated in person... photos really don't do them justice. I got these for my birthday so I'd have a funky, flat, black shoe for work. They kind of have a cowboy boot feel to them but in a cute, steampunk package. I had to order a full size up because they are indeed very narrow, but still very comfortable. They fit like a glove, actually. The toes are just pointed enough to really make a flattering shape to my foot and leg. I don't want to take them off!

Really cute!

I saw these shoes on the website. I called the NYC store to see how the sizes run because I don't live close enough to go try them on. The person I talked to was so nice & very helpful. I usually wear a size 9. I was told they run true to size with the possibility of a slight narrowness in the toe. I ended up having to order the shoes from Boston since there was only one pair left at the NYC store and there was concern over the buckles being loose. I received them today & they are a bit narrow in the toe. I have a high arch & the buckles gave me a little grief. I walked around a bit thinking at first I should have ordered a 10 but they loosened up some after a few minutes. These are going to be great shoes once I break them in. Very nice in person.

Tried to make these my 11th pair of Fluevogs, but sadly they were much too narrow for my wide feet. :-( Guess I'll stick to the Minis.

We have a winner

As soon as I saw these on line, I knew I had to have them. They are quite elegant looking in person and truly funky/ punky at the same time. They didn't require any breaking in and I actually didn't ahve any trouble fitting the straps around my high arches (I'm a small 6 though.)

the perfect shoe

I'm with them - saw them on the site and immediately called that morning. Went to the store later that day and fell in love. IMHO, they are THE everyday shoe. There were two other Fluevog fans trying them on and we all had a love-fest moment. Easy to break in and soooo cute with skirts or jeans. I've been waiting for this combo (feminine/masculine mary jane) for quite some time and impressed with the detail and quality. Based on my experience with JF shoes/boots - these will last forever. Thank you, thank you thank you.

first vogs!

I saw these online and hustled myself down to our local store for trying-on (where they took 1st Class care of me to say the least!). I usually wear a 6 or 36, but I do have a high arch and high instep that sometimes require a 6 1/2. These babies fit me just wonderfully in a 6, I can do socks or no socks, and they're totally adorable with the skinnier pants that I own. In fact, they're inspiring me to chuck the bootcut altogether! Cool shoes, cool pants! Aaaaaahhhh, feels so good. Thanks Denny ]:o) ! Thanks Monika ]:o) !

Once again, Fluevog's rock!

I ordered these babies just 4 hours, yes, 4 hours after they arrived in the store! I had them on my wanting tooties within 24! They are the combination of my two favorite Fluevog styles: straps/buckles and wingtips. Sleek, unique, comfy and SO punk rock (the real stuff)! This is my 9th pair of Fluevogs and I'm going to keep on keeping the faith! Thank you John, et al!
