| In 1970, John Fluevog sold thousands of handmade wooden clogs in assorted psychedelic colours. Now 40 years later, John re-invents and modernizes the classic wooden clog. Based off an old Fox & Fluevog clog last, the Ask clogs are produced in small and limited numbers, and are handmade in a Mexican factory that has specialized in wooden clogs for over twenty years. Featuring hand painted edges, soft local leathers, brass buckles and tacks, built on a stained Chilean Pine wooden sole and heel (laminated in a vertical direction to prevent splitting or chipping), and with a rubber topy on the sole for ultimate grip.
