Black and white - women's 5

These have never been worn. They say UK 4 on the inside which is usually a women's size 6 but they are a little small and pinch my toes. So I've listed them as a size 5.. The black part is suede and the white is a pinhole leather. Not sure if these had a name or just a number. Inside of shoe has # 13616. Made in England by the legendary George Cox!
