1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, simply fill out the entry form with your name, city, email and telephone number. Contest begins June 26, 2008. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. All entry forms must be received no later than midnight on August 30th, 2008 the "Contest Closing Date". One (1) entry will be randomly selected by John Fluevog. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email and posted on our website no later than September 30th, 2008. John's birthday is in May - every single year (we know, it's crazy). John Fluevog Shoes will not be responsible for late, destroyed, lost, illegible, stolen entries, or any entry that is lost or late due to technical difficulties and transmissions. One entry per person please - multiple entries will disqualify entrant.

2. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is 400 $US.

3. Only the selected entrant will be contacted. If selected entrant is a Canadian Resident, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing mathematical question that promises to be totally easy. The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and administered the skill-testing question by phone.

4. CHANCES OF WINNING: The chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.

5. The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, State and Municipal laws and is void where prohibited.
