	Lateral Thinking in Pastry Design: Originally from the snow swept Prairies of Manitoba, Blair has worked his way up through the pastry kitchens of Toronto to gastronomical acclaim, and has studied cake design in New York City. His renderings of Saddam Hussein and George Bush in gingerbread attracted widespread media attention from both the art and culinary worlds.
