IN-STORE POLICY (purchases from one of our 10 retail stores / does not apply for other retailers):

1. Refund Policy
* Exchange or Refund any UN-WORN shoe within 14 days of the purchase
* Sales receipt must accompany the shoe
* Must look UN-WORN
* Refunds Issued to Original payment method (cash refunds when there is NOT enough in the till require cheque refund request form to be filled out and submitted to HQ)
* Sale items are FINAL SALE!
* Gifts adhere to the same guidelines described
* Christmas – Exception – When you buy shoes from Dec. 1 – 24th customers have 30 days from the date purchased following the same guidelines as above – otherwise 14 day policy (exceptions must be approved by store Manager)
* NO Lifetime Warranty

2. Factory Defects
(Stitching, Heel coming off, Heel lifts coming off, zippers, split seams, upper separating, and construction irregularities)
* Will be honored up to 8 months from the date of purchase (must provide receipt)
* This DOES NOT include wear and tear
* Repairs will be free of charge for up to 8 months (after 8 months - repairs charged based on repair price list from cobbler – soon to be standard Fluevog pricing)
* Credit in store will be issued if shoe is irreparable (exceptions to be approved by store Manager)
* Credit in store is the only form of refund for Factory defects (exceptions to be approved by store Manager)

3. Price Protection Policy-
** Stores offer a one-time price protection adjustment when an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days [no exceptions].
** A store credit only will be issued for adjustments
** No receipt, No store credit
** NOTE - Price Protection Policy is only valid if the customer had bought the same style, color and size that went on sale within the 14 day period

4. Layaway Program-
* Minimum 20% down (Non-refundable) and to be paid off within 6 mo. – Monthly payments – Shoe remains in store until final payment is made
* Customers changing mind or deciding to change purchase lose the initial 20% down payment and ONLY receive store credit for other money(s) put down
* Layaway is offered at ALL Fluevog Retail locations ONLY
