• Please ship all exchanges and returns back to the store they were shipped from, within 14 days of receiving your purchase
• The sales receipt must accompany the shoes.
• The item must be in its original condition: UN-WORN.
• FULL-PRICED items bought online are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, store credit or an exchange only when returned un-worn with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only on full priced items that are returned within 14 days.
• SALE and CLEARANCE items bought online can only be returned for exchange or for store credit. Store credit issued can be used in-store or for online purchases. If you would like to redeem your store credit online, when placing your online order, please state you would like to use your store credit in the customer comment box. If your store credit is valid, it will be used when your order is processed.
• John Fluevog Shoes does not give REFUNDS on SALE ITEMS. Gifts are no exception the same return policy applies.
• For all online orders, shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to the store, if you are receiving an exchange and live in the continental US or Canada, we will ship your first exchanged item from the store at no additional charge (this is not applicable to international orders).
• All international orders will be returnable and exchanged at the customer's expense.
• Unauthorized merchandise will be sent back at the customer's expense.
• John Fluevog Shoes has NO LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
