NATIONAL POSTAL SERVICES (6-20 business days) $150 – $180 (varies by weight and size)

International orders to Asia or Africa are shipped through DHL Express Netherlands or PostNL.

International order to Latin America are shipped through US Postal Service. Rates to Latin America vary and are calculated by weight and size.

Duties and taxes applied by the imported countries are not included in the estimate and are the responsibility of the customer.

The order time may increase depending on the Customs Office’s procedures in the destination country.


You will receive a confirmation email immediately following the placement of your order. Your payment method will not be charged until you receive your shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number for your order. These emails are sent automatically. We aim to ship out your order within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. John Fluevog Shoes is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by postal services, courier or custom agencies.


For domestic order payments, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For international orders or customers with an international billing address, we only accept PayPal payments. All charges are in USD, CAD, EUR or AUS.

For your security, we do not keep your credit card number on file.


Cross-border or international orders may be subjected to duties and/or taxes issued by the importing country and financial institutions. By placing an order with John Fluevog Shoes, you acknowledge that you understand the possible additional charges and that you are responsible for any such charges. Should you refuse any additional payments, your order will be returned to John Fluevog Shoes and you will receive a credit for the items ordered, however you will be charged a restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.


John Fluevog Shoes shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. John Fluevog Shoes does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items. That being said, if you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to the store that sent you your order and we’ll be happy to help.
