It is with heavy hearts and souls that we announce we are permanently closing both our beloved Melbourne and Sydney stores as well as the Australian Fluevog website. We were so excited to start this journey back in 2019, and have enjoyed every step of the way with some of our favourite Fluevogers and Fluevogologists in the world. Unfortunately things didn’t continue as planned, but if you are wearing one of the tens of thousands of pairs of Fluevogs sold through those stores, thank you for being a Fluevoger and we hope they bring you and others joy for years to come. We’ve loved meeting all of your unique souls.
The Australian stores and website will be open for business at their regular hours until their last open day which will be Saturday, February 22nd. If you can make it in to say hello by then, we’d love to see you and talk all things Fluevog. As a small gesture please take 20% off everything in stores and sitewide until February 22nd with the code AUSSIELOVE (auto-applied at checkout. Valid only for Australian purchases.). Thanks again for having us, we’ll try to focus on all the amazing memories we share, and hopefully we’ll be back one day. Here are answers to some questions we think you might have:
If I’m in Australia or New Zealand, will I still be able to shop online?
Yes, customers in Australia and New Zealand will still be able to shop online and will have their orders shipped from one of our Canadian stores. We accept all major credit cards, and conversion rates will be handled by your credit card company.
If I purchased an item from an Australian store will my warranty still apply?
Yes, we will honour the warranty policy. Any issues can be handled through our customer service channel via email at service@fluevog.com.
Will my Australian gift card and store credit still work?
Yes, all Australian gift cards, gift certificates, and store credit will be converted to Canadian dollars and will be available for use in all Canadian stores and/or online.
Will shipping still be a flat rate for Australia and New Zealand?
Unfortunately, no. Because all items will now be shipping from Canada, we will be updating shipping rates and estimated shipping times to reflect this change.
