The Anodea is pretty true to size. If you experience a little slipping in the heel, you can use a heel grip or add a toe pad to the front. The slipping should get more minimal as the shoe breaks in and starts to bend better with your foot.

I followed the other reviewer’s recommendations as I normally am a size 7.5 or 38 EU (my feet are bigger now in the heat than when I first bought vogs living up north), I ended up getting a size 7 and hoped for the best. Luckily, these fit well, I’d say do fit larger so you could size down if you’re a half size. They’re a little punchy at the heel and forefoot area where the smooth nappa leather piping sits, but only on my right foot as that is my bigger foot. Note though my other vogs are all 7s but they’ve been worn in over the years. Highly recommend the low heel and these are my first rubber sole vogs and I’m big fan! The shoes are soft other than the pipping which is tight on that right foot, and they’re comfortable overall to walk in.

Gorgeous1
These shoes are absolutely gorgeous, look better worn than in the photo. They are large, though. Normally size 8.5, ordered size 9 since half sizes aren't offered. Returned for size 8, and this is still slightly loose. Highly recommend.
