First....but not last pair of Fluevogs!
I have had these in black for 3 years. I wear them about 3 days a week at work all day adn I have never owned more comfortable shoes before - heels or flats! I am usually an 8 in dress shoes and I got these in 8.

I love these shoes!
I now have the beginnings of a "collection" of Fluevogs and get compliments EVERY time I wear them. But people GUSH when they see these red babies! I'm usually an 81/2 to 9. I have these in 9 and they fit perfectly. I wear them with dresses, skirts, pants and jeans. Great for work and play alike! Can't wait to try out some of this Spring's new styles!

Reviews are accurate
I typically fit an 11 size shoe and listened to the reviews and ordered an 11.5 in the Red. Seriously, can't go wrong with a red shoe!
Sadly, in Winnipeg we don't have a Fluevog Store (a tear!). I freaking adore these shoes and the fit is great and know I will get years of service out these amazing shoes.
Buy them now, you won't regret it!

My Happy Shoes
The red version of these shoes were my first pair of Fluevogs. I call them my "Happy Shoes" and every time I wear them, they make me feel great. I receive so many compliments every single time I wear them. They are very unique and I have yet to see anyone else in my community wearing a pair. As a teacher, I can stand in them for an entire day and be totally comfortable. I love these shoes!

finally a shop in new zealand that sells fluevogs! Viv and Beth in the Mt Eden store are lovely and the shoes are an amazing fit and comfy enuf to wear all day. Love love love the shoes and am addicted already. ,-) Dont tell the hubby.

I love love love these shoes I have a very wide foot and these fit perfectly, all the buckles can be adjusted to make them just right. Illeana is great with all my pants dressy or casual and a slam dunk with all my "sexy June Cleaver dresses" Everyone outside my circle of friends should own these shoes ;)

I bought a pair of these last week and I am impressed... they fit perfect and the arch support is great. The heel is low enough that you can wear them all day, and lots of room for my toes too. I have them in bright yellow, and I would love to see more bright colors in this style too!

I purchased these shoes in wine about a month ago. Couldn't decide on color...black or wine.

These shoes knocked my socks off!
... they truly did...I wear them sans socks. My feet are having a love affair with these shoes. I've had them 2 weeks, worn them every day. I am on my feet quite a lot and I experience nothing but comfort all day long! Previous to acquiring the Illeanas I had my heart set on a pair of Zaza's (love the heel). As I was buying one pair of shoes, I chose the Illeanas with no regrets! Try them, you're feet will more than likely love them!

Love them!
These are the only shoes with a heel that I can wear without leg pain. I wore them to work and didn't have to take them off the second I got home. The price was higher than I usually spend on shoes but it was worth it. In fact, I've already ordered my second pair of Vogs! They're amazing! :-D

Super Hot
,-) What a fabulous shoe! I have the red (it says burgundy, but really a true red.) I wear these with just about anything. Really look cute with shorts! Fluevogs have taught me that the shoe does not have to match any part of your outfit, color wise. That's the fun of wearing them!! The less "matchy, matchy" you get, the more compliments you'll get...try it!! Love these shoes...almost worn out :-(

I have two pairs the red and the black. I wear them all the time - to court with a suit - to go dancing in a cute dress. They are fantastic. I live in New Orleans and in these shoes I can walk from Canal Street to the Faubourg Marigny. While I may get tired, my feet are just fine. Despite frequent wear they look like a million bucks with very little upkeep. I own 9 pairs of JF's. They are the joy of my life. - Sherri

i went into S.F. this weekend to loose my voginity and left with 2 new loves. these beautiful red shoes are my favorite. I want to live in them. cannot stop looking at them on my feet. the perfect pair of red shoes that go with everything. comfortable right out of the box. i got a 9 1/2 in these shoes and am usually a 9 in other brands. you must get these shoes! :-D

I usually wear a 7 1/2 wide in non-Fluevog's and size 8 fit wonderfully in this model! They are much prettier in person than they look online and are extremely comfortable and great looking. If you have wide feet these would be a great shoe for you. :-)

Fantastic.
I've got a few pairs of 'Vogs, but these are probably my favorite. Since I got them a couple of years ago, they've been in heavy rotation. They fit beautifully, have withstood my shoe-killing tendencies amazingly well (I've had the heel pads replaced twice so far.), and still look gorgeous. I always get compliments, no matter what else I'm wearing.

Comfy, even during pregnancy
I bought a pair of these in black, in my normal size, about a year and a half ago now. They have been a lifesaver these past couple of months! They were always comfy before, but since I hit about 5 months into my pregnancy they have been heaven-sent. I had to loosen some of the buckles, but these are definitely the only heels I can wear without wanting to rip my own feet off by the end of the day.

Yay!! love these!
Don't hate me, but I got these amazing shoes on sale. Yes, at a lovely store in San Francisco called Xapno. I would have paid full price for these, though, however it would have taken me a bit longer to make the purchase. Bought these the minute I saw them on sale and haven't looked back.
As soon as I bought them, buoyed by the reviews here, thinking they would be super comfy, I wore them to a work conference- 10 hours on my feet. Not quite as comfy as some other reviewers led me to believe, but my feet didn't get sore until about 7 hours in, and no blisters- just sore from being in heels that long without sitting. So, yes, I would rate these as pretty comfortable indeed.
But enough about comfort- these shoes are adorable- and get compliments and stares every time I wear them! Yes, everyone loves them as much as me, and they really do work with everything in my closet- dresses, jeans, leggings, skirts, everything- there is not an outfit that does not improve with these shoes.
So, I would say do not hesitate, buy these and you will love them.

Cuter than you think
Just got my Illeanas (black) today and they are so much cuter in person than in the pics (and that is hard to imagine). I held off buying them for a long time because I was waiting for them to go on sale, but they haven't yet, and I was afraid they’d sell out of my size. So, I ordered 6.5 which is my Mini size, but they were a little too snug. I opened up all the cross straps to the loosest hole and my feet still felt squished. There’s still enough room left on the end of the straps to punch a new hole, but since the width was a bit tight I’m sending them back for 7s. There is no elastic between the shoe and the fixed end of the strap, so these are “unbuckle every time you put on” shoes. As with all the Operettas I’ve tried they were comfy and the sole has a great amount of grip. They are so adorable. I hadn’t realized that the toe turns up just a shade - just enough to give it that cute little girl shoe look - and of course the patent is nice and dressy. I need a pair of ‘serviceable’ black pumps and these Illeanas are going to be it.

Adored!
There are some items in your wardrobe that you are more pleased with every time you put them on. These vogs are one of those items. They are so stunning in Red (which is the colour I bought) and unique...I've had them called everything, my toffee apple shoes, my fetish shoes, my cherry shoes....my friends try them on when they come over. I worked for a blind charity and one of the ladies was amazed by them just from feeling the shapes and the buckles (she was one of the blind people in case that wasn't obvious). I adore these shoes and feel special every time I wear them.

FANTASTIC
LOVE THEM... even my kids and students thought they were great. They are very comfortable and fun. The only problem is that after spending a day in fluevogs..you others shoes do not feel comfortable any more!!!!

Most coveted vogs
After a day of trekking through Little Italy in NYC in the middle of a festival to a patron saint, in the rain, heading the wrong direction, I finally found the Fluevog store on Mulberry and fell in love with the red variety of these shoes. They are the most comfortable heels I've ever worn and everytime I wear them, someone comments on how gorgeous they are. I own a number of vogs, but of them all, these make me feel like a million bucks. Thank you John. We love you.

Comfortable
These are my 12th+ pair of 'Vogs and the most comfortable. Perfect for work, walk and getting into trouble :-D I find the size runs large - I ordered a half size smaller for a better fit.

I just adore these shoes! @>- These are actually my 1st pair of "heels," & I'm 55; I simply have never found a pair that I can walk in, until I tried these on. I can even dance in them! I have a very wide foot, & my toes have plenty of room. These are my new dress shoes. Thank you, John Fluevog.

Best Purchase Ever
At first I wasn't convinced. I had owned a pair of Fluvogs back in the day when JF had only 1 store on Granville, and suffered many complaints with them... 3 years ago, with back to back art openings to attend, I strolled into the Toronto store and tried on anything that would fit. I have a very wide foot, bunions, and high arches so shoe fitting is an ordeal if not an all together nightmare. As soon as I slipped my foot into these I fell in love, they were so comfortable and very beautiful in red! The adjustable straps were perfect for my arches and the fact they came in an 11.5 was simply awesome! These shoes are ageless. Over the years I have received hundreds of compliments from men and women around the world. With many more art openings in my future and the Toronto Art Fair just around the corner I pray the designers at Fluvog have heard my mental cries for more of the same but in shades inspired by lapis lazuli. ,->

Shoes make me 6 feet!
Normally I would wear flats and try not to add to my height of 5'10" However, I have embraced my height and feel super tall and sexy! These are my first pair, and they fit my size 10 feet just fine. I do think of myself as a blister queen and thus far, I have experienced blisters that took a while to heal after wearing them the first time during the heat wave. Normally I won't "suffer" for fashion, but I think I have found a perfect compromise (an anti blister product). They are comfy when I use this product and I love how wearing them makes me feel, since I have always been rather conservative when it comes to shoes. I am 40 and I am turning over a new leaf. Of course I am now saving up for my next pair.

I just bought these from the Toronto Fluevog Store. They are not just so pretty with the contrasting wine color and stitching, but are light weight and super comfortable. I JUST LOVE THEM.

Oh my goodness - I'm in love!!! @>- These are the most comfortable shoes (that are not Birkenstocks) I've ever owned! And you know, one can only go so far without a few lovely pairs of "big girl" shoes... :-D This is my first pair of Vogs, and I'm officially addicted! They look awesome with jeans and dress pants. They're beautiful in their box, and on my desk... I can't take my eyes off them!!! And I can WALK in them - what a novel idea! I'm considering purging my closet of the uncomfortable but cute shoes I have held onto (clearly for no apparent reason), so I can replace them with Vogs!!! Now if we could only get a store in Michigan! Keep up the great work - we "women of the wide foot" need beautiful shoes we can walk in!

They make my giant feet look dainty!
A random woman walking down the street just complimented me on these shoes and asked what size they are. They're a 10.5 (I normally wear 11) and I told her so, but she didn't believe me. She insisted that they must be a size 6.

Love them!
These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I can walk in my red shoes for hours and my feet don't hurt. The heel is a very comfortable height. They are a little clunky, but so cute. I get comments every time I wear them. I wish they came in more colors.

Made my Day
Just purchased these today in wine. This is my first Fluevog pair of shoes. I have narrow feet and cannot wear heels and usually just lust after styles that I cant wear. So pretty and comfy. I cant believe that they belong to me...... :-D I am usually a size 8 and size 8 fits me perfectly! Worth the money! Starting to save for my next pair of Fluevogs!!!!

I wear these shoes everyday to work and they are so comfortable! I'm a teacher so I'm on my feet all day but I forget I'm wearing heals. They look smart and go with everything. Fabulastic!
These shoes are indescribably fantabulous. I have never worn them without having multiple admiring comments from total strangers. They work with skirts, dresses and pants, and also with your feet! I don't know how they did it, but Fluevog made a pair of heels that are insanely comfy and so so gorgeous all at the same time. I never have second thoughts about putting these on in the morning. A winner every time.

These may be Operettas, but they ROCK
Of the Fluevogs that I own, (10 pairs and counting) these are one of my favourites. They are extremely versatile for work-wear with skirts or pants, and they are just simply FUN with jeans. They are also nice and quiet when walking, allowing me sneak up on my foes with ninja-like stealth. ()-)
