The Janice is named in tribute to one of the sexiest (and sadly tragic) voices of the 1960s. Many years after singing emotional songs written about whiskey, heartbreak, and the lonely life of rock'n'roll, Janice's songs will reverberate and inspire many singers to come. John designed the Janice as a natural heeled, slip-on sandal for the new generation of eco-minded voices singing about the Truth.

The Janice features vegetable-tanned rugged Atlas leathers in bright saturated summer colours, and is built on a 0.9" platform leather-wrapped recycled cork with a 2.75" leather wrapped heel. Modernizing this 1920's stylized mule sandal are flathead bolts, a rubber Truth soleplate, and four buckled straps for the perfect fit. Natural Beauty Rules.

Great sandals

Rosheen - San Francisco
At last a pair of sandals I can wear all day and look forward to putting on my feet. These support the whole foot, look very stylish with the red color pop under jeans. I ordered a half size up - they are perfect.

maral - los angeles
Been eyeballing these for almost a year. Bought a few Fluevogs in-between and popped into the Melrose store today. Put them on and have not taken them off for 5 hours now--REALLY! Gorgeous and truly comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE <3

Not my favourite but we will see...

The Jeebs
I ""needed"" some slip-on sandals and wanted some in red... The sale price plus free shipping made it a slam dunk for me. Welp, I'm not thrilled at first blush. I have narrow feet but these managed to make 'em look bulky! Also, I'm normally an 8.5 and I just squeezed into the 9.5 I got. Not an ego boost. On the plus side, I wore them all day traipsing around Toronto Zoo and they felt great. Btw, to make them fit well, you have to "jiggle" the straps up your vamp while you've got them on... then they'll fit any foot. Oh, be careful on uneven pavement with these, unless you want to add a neckbrace to your ensemble!
