Description
For all of you ladies longingly staring at The Fortitude Family, now's your chance to grab your own! The Luthers are a menswear inspired pattern made with stiff, shiny Italian leather and buckles. They're designed with basic, classic style on a long footbed with a rounded toe-shape, reliable partial blake construction, leather soles, and stacked leather heels. Following in line with the Wabi Sabi notion that nothing is permanent and beauty is in the imperfections of aging, Luther will only get better with wear. Unlike the other members of the family, this one is just for the girls. Honesty is strength.

Gorg but SO uncomfortable!!!
Its been about 2 months since I bought them and have worn them once a week when im just running short errands. They have definitely loosened up and are manageable to walk in but still very uncomfortable.
With that said, the shoes are amazing! and I always get compliments on them. The guys at the store were also nice enough to try stretching them out a few times. I think they are totally worth it in the long term, but you should be warned that you might want to throw them out the window the first few times you put them on.
Lovely shoes
The shoe fit tightly across the top for the first 2-3 wears, but the leather has relaxed enough that they feel amazing now. The sole is very flat and slightly slippery, but perfect for random tap dancing in my office (which happens on occasion). The construction and quality are flawless. I am so happy I finally moved from stalker to owner.
Breaking in is hard to do
These shoes have practically killed me:(
Subtle yet Awesome
The fit on this one runs small and is one to try on in a store if you can. They are very flat in the toe, which may be a problem for those blessed with large toes. The silver does not stretch at all with wear.
Love These Shoes!!
Beautiful shoe with a poor fit
They do run somewhat smaller and more narrow than most Fluevog shoes. I normally fit a M6/W8. If you feet like mine that tend to be wide, I would suggest going up half a size to compensate for its narrow fit. The shoe still fit comfortably snug around my ankles, feeling secure on my feet despite the slight addition to the length while.
I bought these shoes at the Montréal store on St-Denis. The staff were incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, conversational, and cared more about meeting the customer's needs than trying to make a hard sell.
