The first time I wore these shoes, I was on my feet for 9 hours straight, and they felt great. They're not only my most comfortable Fluevogs, they're the most comfortable non-athletic shoes I own (and I definitely buy for comfort, so that's saying a lot.) I will be going back to the Investigator well and picking up another color.

My only complaint: I've got the florals, and the ends of the velvet ribbon get scruffy. Aglets wouldn't go amiss.

Seems I always wear these to important meetings and feel like they're my superpower!

I always buy online and so the Fit Expert wasnt loaded at the time I bought them and they were bit narrower than I'd like.

These will always have a special meaning to me. I was taking a road trip from Orlando, Florida to Austin, Texas. My midpoint was Louisiana & since the NOLA store is pretty much directly off of I-10, I stayed in New Orleans for the night, got up the next morning to go to my first Fluevog store. These were the ones I wanted & I got the Dots Investigators - the ones with orange velvet laces & is black & white. They are sincerely the most comfortable shoes ever. I’m considering purchasing another pair. My street size is 8.5 & I generally size a half a size up. For whatever reason, I tried on the 8.5 & they were snug, but my Fluevologist, Katie VanDervort, was patient enough with me to figure out which pair was best for me (I also tried the 9) & I ended up going with the 8.5. They are amazaballs! The leather conforms go your foot, so these were initially tight but they fit to your food so they are perfect now.

Katie was tops, totes helping me navigate sizes, she’s super patient & was even kind enough to remember me from FB Flumunity forums. I was welcomed so hardcore - the customer service is rpic in the NOLA store.

I have super short toes & extremely almost non-existent arches (borderline duck feet). I barefoot run a lot, so sizing is super difficult for me. I know it says to go up a half size, but the 9 felt kinda large to me.

I seriously love these shoes. They are absolutely well made, the leather is gorgeous & the white collar is precious. I also have a pair of Jodies & I swapped out the black velvet laces with the orange laces of my Investigators & they both look super amazing.

It’s an 800-900 mile drive either way between Texas or Florida to the New Orleans store - but these shoes were totally worth it.

I absolutely love my Green/Pink/Black Investigators. Actually I love all of the shoes in the Enneagram line. They are so comfy, they feel like bedroom slippers! And I never wear heels! Don't think twice. These are worth the money. Even tho I'm a 6, I sized up to 6 1/2 because my toes felt a little tight. Sooo comfortable, and gorgeous! I may add another pair at some point.

I had been waiting on these floral beauties #vog .I had them on layaway. I went up to a size 9. My street size is an 8. I usually go up 1/2 to full size in Vogs. Next to the Cleos, the Giver and Investigators are my favorite. Thanks to Jack in Chicago for always treating me right. #simplybeautiful

I have been eyeing these for ages and when I saw the blue, yellow and purple color way I knew I had to have them. They're such a lovely statement shoe, and make me feel like a cartoon character when I walk around them (I mean that in every positive way possible). I can't walk out of the apartment without getting multiple compliments on them and I can wear them all day long without my feet aching. They did run about a half size small, so I sized up to a nine from my usual 8 1/2 which made all the difference! The width, however, is perfect, especially as I like to pair them with really bold, fun socks. Would definitely recommend and will soon likely be adding another color way to my fluevog collection!

I can easily wear these shoes for an 8 hour shift at work. I went up a full size as I usually do with all Fluevogs. Fits perfectly! I will definitely be ordering these in another color. Shout out to Ben at the Vancouver store. What a gem of a guy for helping me with all of my Fluevog purchases.

I saw these in the store and knew they’d come home with me. These shoes are SPECIAL. They are so completely original, be prepared to stand out in these fabulous shoes!!! They’re so much more beautiful in person. The ones which fit me best are my usual size 7 (which all my fluevogs are). Instantly comfortable, you won’t have any break in period. The heel height is perfect for a good amount of city walking. I ❤️ fluevog

Picked up The Investigator in blue two weeks ago. Comfy right off the bat. No socks reqiured! Put them on in the store and was compelled to wear them immediately! I receive compliments on these beauties no matter where I am. These shoes are truly adorable! Love them madly and am thinking of getting another pair in black! Keep up the great work, Fluevoggers!

I saw these in the Seattle store when I was visiting my daughter. (The whole store was like a wonderful shoe fantasy land with terrific colors and patterns!) I dreamed of this particular pair on my flight back to the mid-west. I immediately ordered them in the blue/purple/yellow color combination. Never have I received so many compliments on a pair of shoes. It has been such fun coordinating scarves and outfits to highlight the shoes as the main attraction! I ordered my usual size 6. They fit perfectly, with no break-in time. This was my first Fluevog purchase. But, I'm confident it won't be my last! I'm a new fan!

Love them !!!!!! It,s my 11 pair of Fluevog shoes and probably most comfortable from the same style i own. I choose blue, purple and yellow in size 8.5 which is perfect feet. They look unique and attract many compliments anywhere i go or fly ))) Chicago store always meets me with a smile. My favorite Fluevogist is JOHN !!!! Thank you ! The Investigator is an amazingly attractive ankle-boot, and I knew immediately that I had to make them mine. To my great dismay, the blue, purple, and yellow Investigator was sold out in my size (12), and so was the green, pink, and black pair. I ended up buying the green, pink, and black pair in a size 11.5, and although I can wear them, they feel too small (sorry for the big feet). I hope John reads this post, and considers bringing all three (3) different color choices back in size 12. I promise, I'll buy all three :-).

I just got these after a recent visit to Chicago. My 6th pair of Fluevogs. Got my regular fluevog size (half a size up from my normal), some folks may even want to go up a fill size. These shoes are even more stunning in person than the pictures. Super uber cute. Not to be worn on days you don't want attention. Very comfortable.

I call these my xo shoes because I want to hug & kiss them!! I am so madly in love with these, they are incredibly comfortable and as you can see they are beautiful!! I bumped into these at the Chicago store and have been holding them close to my heart (but really on my feet) ever since! I normally wear a size 8.5 if I plan on wearing socks and these fit true to size. I want to say that they are as comfortable as wearing a pair of sneakers all day but they are even better because every time you catch a glimpse of your feet, they make you smile and boost your morale! Get them!!

I never could decide between the 2 original colorways, and the problem was neatly solved when the black/white/orange came out--they were an immediate must-have and I just love them. I have the Enthusiast in 8 and since I plan to wear the Investigator with socks I figured 8.5 would do, and while they felt okay it ended up that 9 was best.

I LOVE these shoes! Already have the other two colorways; now the black and white and orange have sent me over the moon! Sooooo comfy! Perfect fit! Can wear all day at work and all night shopping...I mean, investigating!

I've worn these to take my daughter to the pool, continuing legal education, the grocery store, the science museum, and it doesn't matter if I'm talking to a bow-tie wearing attorney in his 70s or a teenager in her goth phase: everyone loves them. (Black/white/orange or blue/periwinkle/yellow--doesn't matter. The compliments are color-blind.) They're gorgeous and quirky and awesome...but more than that, they're incredibly comfortable; I can wear them all day without realizing I'm wearing a heel. I'm pretty sure all my other Vogs are jealous of the Investigators!

I bought the new color of black & white with orange trim, and I just LOVE these shoes. They are very comfortable (I got 1/2 size larger than my non-vog size), and I get comments all day about these stunning and super-fun shoes.

I wear a size 8 and bought the navy/blue/yellow Investigators in a size 8. Wore them all day at work and all night Christmas shopping. Awesome! No blisters. No tired feet. Buttery soft and comfy right out of the box. Compliments everywhere I turned. So of course I had to buy the black/green/pink ones. Love them both! Please make more colors so I can run and jump and play with more colorful crazy boots! Thank you!

I received these shoes, which are the new loves of my life, a couple of weeks ago but couldn't comment on them because I couldn't stop looking down at my own feet, pointing, and giggling. Other people do it too - old ladies, produce guys, disapproving family members (bonus!) - and always follow up with the quote above: "Your shoes are weird. I LOVE THEM."

They are weird, and I LOVE THEM. They are snug as a bug, and a perfect fit for my perfectly average feet. The colors are a very deep navy, a calm periwinkle and yes, a yellowy yellow. The rubber soles make for a comfortable, confident stride, so that when you are hustling across the street you can stop on a dime and respond, "RIGHT?! AREN'T THEY THEY BEST?!" Because they are.

These shoes are gorgeous and funky in all the right ways. I did notice one shoe was tighter and rubbed my left heel but I'm hoping once I break them in all will be well. The website doesn't do these shoes justice.

Sadly these are going back. One shoe is quite tight and the other fits nicely.
Also the yellow on the website is nice and buttery coloured whereas in person it's definitely more golden yellow. It's still a beautiful shoe and I'm a sad panda that I have to return them. ????

I bought the black with pink laces when they first came out & they are now in my top 5 favorite Vogs. I wore them for 8 hours the first time & no breaking in. They look very funky, have generated lots of compliments & have such a unique look. I wear size 6 and they fit perfectly. They go with everything it seems, skirts, leggings, pants, jeans.

I would love to see these great boots in a size 11.5 or 12, please!

I just received my boots today...........they are totally Mag! They fit perfectly out of the box and are so buttery soft that they don't need breaking in. I find they fit true to size... no need to go up a half size as I usually do ( have a fairly wide foot). These boots are real stunners as well as being a comfortable!
