Run small

I got these in a 9.5 and I am a true 9.5. The run narrow and small. They barely fit. Size up and if you have wide feet these are not for you. I had to return them.

I went back and forth on these over the last 7 months, and finally decided to try them in the sale. I bought my street size- 7.5 and find that they fit perfectly (when I initially tried them on months ago, I was worried they'd be too narrow, but they definitely are not). I love the bright red and will maybe spring for the black if they're around for a while! I'm interested in seeing how the crepe soles hold up.

I was tempted by the red but went practical with the black and they are quite cute and very comfy right out of the box--love the squishy crepe soles. I'm generally an 8 in pretty much everything, and considered getting the 8.5 based on other reviews, but a chat with the Haight store convinced me to stick with 8. The leather is soft and loosens nicely within the first hour of wear, length is just right.
