Shoe runs small, poor customer service

I am a mens 10.5 and ordered these in an 11 just to be safe. I can BARELY fit in this shoe it is so narrow. I have never seen sizing like this in another Fluevog or other brand's product before. I attempted to contact the company with a problem with my order over a month ago and have gotten no reply at all. I love the style but do NOT recommend ordering online with the lack of support. Try going to a store instead.

Feels great, lots of compliments, durability issues

I got them in the blue, love them, stay on the feet all day and the feet feel great. You will get loads of compliments and people will smile while looking at them. Now the bad part, if you get these get toe taps immediately! Right after you try them on, mine went back to Fluevog for repair on the sole and came back and the sole started falling apart 1st wear. A good toe tap will fix that and should be done on all shoes no matter the brand. Blue paint is delicate, I mean it is delicate it will start flaking early. Good pair of shoes.
