Famously Comfortable
My Operetta Renee in floral/brown just arrived & I couldn’t be happier. They fit perfectly. I was advised to order the half size down from my usual Fluevog size & am glad I did. I could have ordered my street size, since there’s ample toe room in the length. I have medium width sized feet & the width in these is perfect. I know I can wear my fancy sandals all day in comfort. I don’t find them hard but like a sandal that doesn’t feel flimsy, these ones aren’t. I know I will have comfort & style in these sandals, I’m thrilled with them.

Comfy heels in Indigo-go
These are great heels for people like me who generally don't wear them - generous padding on the footpad and snug but wide design over the foot avoids toe crushage, while the ankle strap and chunky, tapered heel add significant support. I am all over the map in Vog sizes but bought these Operettas in an 8.5 as my feet are pretty narrow and found these true to size. The indigo blue is a showstopper; way more vibrant in person than online and I've gotten quite a few compliments. The buckles and thick stitching add quirk but still polished enough to lighten up that business suit. I wouldn't go all day with these though, as the leather straps aren't as pliable as one would hope and tend to dig in after several hours of continued use; but you can definitely still pound out your fair share of city blocks in these babies.

Lovely
My other vogs are 9.5/10 these I had to exchange for a 9. The voggists who assisted in the exchange were very helpful. I appreciate this brand that is so much more, rather a community. My feet are slightly shy of being officially wide. Very skinny except the ball before my long finger toes. These are comfortable enough to go for a stroll. While I love fashion I equally love comfort.

Beautiful Shoe...In Blue
I recently ordered these in to add to a growing collection. I got these in my usual size 5. They are perfect. I find them wide in the toe box, which will make them perfect travel shoes. Love the heel height and blue color (more muted then too bright). I look forward for spring to come so I can rock these babies. The footbed feels padded (as others have pointed out). Love at first try on.

Leather is stiff, footbed is comfy
I normally wear an 11.5 or 12 in Operettas. At Denny's suggestion, I went with the 11 in these (black). The length is great. The footbed seems slightly more padded than others in this family. But the leather is very stiff and will require some breaking in. They're slightly narrower than some of the others in this family. I think once they're broken in all the way they'll be a great staple.

So comfy
Super comfy and cute sandals! Went 1/2 size down from my regular 11.5 and they are perfect. Love that the sole is extra cushiony and would love to see that in more Fluevogs. Easy to walk in as well, the heels are not too high.

Darling, but stiff!
Like several people have mentioned, the leather on these sandals is quite stiff and can cause rubs. I feel it on my big toes, and somewhat just under my ankle bones, as the shoe comes up pretty high. Footbed is probably the most comfortable of any Vogs I own. Green/brown pattern is adorable and perfect for summer. As is typical when I wear my Vogs, I get tons of compliments on them. Will probably try to store these with a stretcher in the toe area and maybe add a little moleskin padding where needed. I followed the sizing suggestion and went down half a size and they are a good fit.

My three girls and I love Fluevogs! This is the first pair of shoes I have had trouble with and both big toes were rub raw and both ankles. I am wearing moleskin next time I wear them since it is not a sizing issue.

Poor quality
I already wrote a complaint that was probably removed.
The pair that I received by a very delayed mail order shows poor quality of making. These shoes don’t hats standard quality that company stands by. One shoe is longer the the other and it is visible. I tried to address this in Queen store To but denied a credit only exchange for similar shoe which I’m in doubt of a quality make
I found out that you cannot address your comments or complain above store level. The exchange or credit were denied as if I was making it up by the manager of Queen location. So I’m stuck with shoes that are absolutely useless and don’t match in length.

Update to previous review
Got the size 8, exchanged 7 1/2, and it fits “better” with my higher instep. Still tight over the toes. I wore them for about 3 hours and was quite glad to take them off. It was not because the bottom of my foot hurt though. Like another reviewer said, the leather is very stiff and they rubbed skin off both big toes right around the nail. Ouch. So yes they definitely need breaking in. So…as opposed to returning them for a store credit (since I used the 15% off on Fluevog day I can only return for store credit - didn’t realize that at time of ordering) I am going to try stretching them. Wish I could break in those really stiff outlines quicker. This is my first pair of Vogs that I have had issues with. It’s still an absolutely lovely shoe on but if you have a high instep you may want to try these on in a store first.

Working on size?
My street size is 8. I ordered a 7 1/2 based on fit expert and brief email discussion with CS. I have a high instep and wider foot. Left foot is noticeably bigger than right when trying on shoes. These beauties came in and while they fit length wise, my high instep made it to where the strap over the toes was soooo tight. The buckle does not loosen it. It’s cosmetic in that sense. You could tighten it though. But it was so tight that after wearing them in my house for about 2 minutes I had to take them off. My skin was pushing out of the band over the toes. I have returned them for an 8 but even the CS rep couldn’t be sure this shoe will work for my foot. So for wide feet this is a definite yes. Length is definitely 1/2 size down. Beautiful shoe on: Absolutely! But we shall see if the 8 changes the height of the lower band…and if so whether or not the length will even be okay. Will update or do new review when I try different size. I would truly hate not to get this shoe as it is just so lovely!
This may or may not be my 4th pair of Vogs. They are definitely the most comfortable shoes I have. Can stand/walk in them ALL day and my feet do not hurt. I am a forever fan as long as quality remains.
