Designed in collaboration with fellow west coast designer ANIÁN, this latest mini collection features the favourite Fluevog x ANIÁN Painter's Coat – a flattering, oversized shirt made from custom heavyweight recycled cotton. Manufactured uniquely without the use of any dyes, the Painter's Coat features a longer, scalloped hem and two roomy, hidden side seam pockets. Pair this coat with our matching purple plaid or baroque floral pieces!

With a jacket like this, who needs a hype man?
Missed out in 2020 but got one this year... so great. Fantastic colours and quality. Was wearing it on a date yesterday and a barista in the coffee shop shouts across the whole place "My God is that a Fluevog x Anian jacket? I love it!!" Who needs a hype man?

Love, Love, Love!
Oh, I am so glad I did this!! Got the hat and shoes and Painters coat! The weight of the material is so so good! Cozy, colourful, so well made! I got the painters because it was a little longer for leggings. Pockets!!! I have hips and am happy I sized up a little. I also wanted to wear a sweater or hoodie under it, so I went with medium. Love these two Companies! Buy local, buy quality, buy recycled goods! Gives the garments an new funk filled life and story to live! Ring the goodness out of life! Drink it down into ya soul! Live your truth!

Another Dreamy Colab!!
Last year when I got the gorgeous Twill shirt from this colab, I was in love!! The only thing I'd wished is that there had been a painter's coat style available...
But then this year's colours came out!! Perfection!! And the Painter's Coat too!! Now I'm even more in love!
Soft and so so cozy from the first wearing, this fabric is a perfect weight for so many of our Edmonton seasons too!
For Sizing - I got this Painter's coat in Medium this time and it fits perfectly! For comparison, my twill shirt is a Large. I would say the measurement guide for both shirts are super accurate =)
If you're wondering if you should do it, do it! The quality and coziness cannot be beat!

Love at First Wear!
Wasn't planning on it, but as soon as I tried these on, I knew they were going to come home with me! Buttoned or unbuttoned, this coat is a winner! I normally take a Medium in tops, but had to size down to Small which suits my intention to wear it as a layering piece. The fabric is so soft and those hidden waist pockets make this coat such a must-have in your wardrobe!

About sizing
So excited for this!! I have several Anian painter's coats (they are wonderful) and wanted to say the company's woman's sizing is generally on the small side but the painter's coat is relaxed (I am small in stature but not in chest; I wear a medium in the painter's coat and loft coat, but a large in women's twill and melton shirts).
If you're planning on wearing bulky sweaters with the painter's coat, you might want to size up. The first painter's coat I bought was a large and I can wear two sweaters underneath it. Really great stuff!

I could not be more excited about this colaboration!
I own a few ANIAN pieces and LOVE THEM!!!! Well made earth friendly recycled slow fashion and now with a Fluvog TWIST?!?!?! I want it all!
FYI women's size wise I"m 5'6, 160lbs and wear a large in their shirts and coats for an oversized fit that I can put a long sleeved tee or sweater under it. More fitted I'd go with a medium :)
