Lovelock and chain - not well constructed.
Received my bag today (July 15, 2025). I’d wanted this bag and was really happy to see the great sale price. Purchased it after reading the other customer’s complaint and see exactly what she’s referring to. Why wasn’t this lock and chain constructed to stay firmly in place??? With a bag at this price point, the hardware is often the selling point. Minus this issue, the bag is beautiful and well made. I’d appreciate a Fluevologist reaching out to me about resolving this issue ASAP. Thank you.

Unfortunately no one has reached out to me as mentioned above. And now I see the price of the bag drop. So should I take the bag to the local branch? Disappointed indeed with your customer service.

Disappointed
I loved the bag only to discover the black chain opens every 5 mins. A big flaw in the make. Disappointing for sure. I would really like to return it but don’t wear it u til after 14 days.
