Lara is narrow in the toe, but wider in the back. Despite this they fit long. Most will want to size down half a size and pad out the ankle for the best fit. You may find yourself walking out of the shoe in your regular size.

Not Even Close
I am not sure why anyone would say it fits large. I am a 12, and only in some. I bought this 12 because they said it would fit large. Absolutely not. I was a bit suspicious because of the finishing but I went ahead and trusted the review and recommendation from Fluevog. Rough when you are buying shoes online and it is difficult to return but these are going back for sure.
