Pretty Much Just Right
Well I too guidance and I ordered the 13, although in this line I usually go with 12. Although the fit expert here spoke to height and instep it did not really speak to fit. I am glad I did send an email and get some guidance because although there is a bit of play a heel grip will address that. The shoe is beautiful, but then it is a Fluevog.

Long-time shopper / First time buyer
After more than a decade of looking at them online and in person and wishing and wanting and always thinking there were more important things to spend money on, I FINALLY bought myself a pair of Fluevogs. I can now tell you, they are as perfectly executed as you imagine - I don't believe I have ever owned a pair of shoes so well-made (and so beautiful - look at those heels! And the embroidered design - amazing). Add to that they're super comfy and well-balanced. I'm in love!

Amazing
I drooled over these for 3 months before buying them and I could not be happier with them. They fit true to size and are incredibly comfortable. I gave 4 hours of presentations without a chance to sit down and the only time I thought about my shoes was flashes of " Oh my, does anyone notice how beautiful these are?!", the answer was YES! I get so many compliments and get stopped by strangers to ask about them. Well worth the purchase, absolutely no regrets!
