Created in celebration of John’s successful kidney transplant in April 2025, this enamel Kidney Pin set is made for both donor and patient — a beautiful little wearable reminder of their connection. They feature the iconic Fluevog ‘F’ incorporated into the design as well as John’s signature on the back, and wonderfully complement our two limited edition “kidney shoes” — The Patty and The Alan.
