FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE April 1st, 2015 - John Fluevog Shoes  John Fluevog Shoes would like to issue a formal apology to various international postal services for being the root cause of disruptive and unnecessary mail mayhem this morning. In what we believed would be a harmless and purely humorous gesture, we had stores ship out mismatched pairs of shoes, thinking that customers would find delight in this innocent April Fool's Day stunt. Each pair of mismatched shoes had been packaged with appropriate clues that would lead Fluevogers to meet other Fluevogers who had been sent their correspondingly mismatched styles. What we failed to predict was the ultimate burden we inadvertently placed on postal workers across the world, who found themselves dealing with dissatisfied, and at times, violent, Fluevogers demanding their merchandise be returned upon receipt. news_kendra_040115 "It was all in good fun," said John Fluevog.
