Exchanges & Returns

The Fluevog In-Store Refund and Exchange Policy for purchases made in our retail stores (does not apply to items purchased on the Fluemarket):

• We can exchange or refund any unworn, full-priced item within 14 days of the purchase.
• Refunds are only issued for full-priced items that are returned within 14 days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
• The sales receipt, box and dust bag must accompany the items.
• The item must be in its original condition and look unworn.
• All sale and discounted items purchased in-store are final. Unworn shipped orders are eligible for a refund as a gift certificate or exchange only, if returned within 14 days of the date you received the purchase.
• John Fluevog Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Limited-edition and pre-sale items are final sale.

John Fluevog Shoes provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. They will pay for the repairs in full for any manufacturing faults in their shoes and bags (provided the customer has proof of purchase).

• The John Fluevog Shoes warranty does not include wear and tear.
• After the 1-year warranty is finished, please contact service@fluevog.com for a repair consultation.
• A gift certificate will be issued if the shoe is irreparable.
• A gift certificate is the only form of reimbursement for a faulty product.
• John Fluevog Shoes does not have a lifetime warranty on any of its products.

If you believe you have an issue or defect with your Fluevog purchase, please contact the store where you purchased the item. For online orders, please contact the store that shipped the item, and be prepared to email the manager a photo of the issue.

For online purchases that weren't quite right (only purchases made from fluevog.com):

• Please ship all exchanges and returns back within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
• The shoe box and dust bag must accompany the items.
• The item must be in its original condition; unworn.
• Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, a gift certificate, or an exchange. These items must be returned unworn within 14 days of the date you received your purchase.
• Sale and discounted items purchased online can only be returned for exchange or a gift certificate.
• John Fluevog Shoes does not give refunds on sale items.
• Limited-edition and pre-sale items are final sale.
• Fluevog Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All international orders will be returned and exchanged at the customer's expense. Fluevog is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied by the importing countries.
• Unauthorized merchandise will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Fluevog's One-time Price Protection Policy is only valid on full priced items, purchased in-store or online, that go on sale within 14 days of original purchase. Only then will a refund be issued for a one-time price protection adjustment. Once an adjustment has been made, no further adjustments are allowed.
