When The Mini Heel was first introduced in 2001, John decided all styles with this heel would be named after lover's nicknames. Although we can't tell you exactly who The Bee's Knees were named after, we can tell you the name dedication certainly made a buzz around the Fluevog office. The spats-inspired Bee's Knees shoe features contrast piping, electric colour combinations of soft nappa leathers and custom JF monogram fabric, a sidelace design, and the iconic 3" Mini hourglass heel with a rubber F-Sole for the ultimate traction, durability and comfort. The Bee's Knees have an amazingly comfortable heel! If you normally wear sizes 6 through 7.5 your should be ok in your true size. For sizes 8 and above I recommend going up a 1/2 size. For example, if you wear a 9 normally, order these in a 9 1/2.
