Description
Polish is like a cool glass of water for your Fluevogs. Get them nicely refreshed, smooth, and shiny with a good polishing with our Pâte de Luxe.
To apply, clean and remove excess dirt and dust and then, using our Polish Applicator Brush, apply polish evenly using short strokes across the shoe. If necessary, reapply where needed. 10-20 minutes later, your Fluevogs will be fresh and ready for the inevitable string of compliments headed your way.

Dried Up
I have been buying Fluevogs since the 1980's NYC. A few years ago I ordered a whole set of different colors of F. shoe polish thinking that it was as excellent as shoes. I could not believe that they all dried up (yes the screw caps were tight and they weren't in the sunlight. They did come packaged beautifully and I still have the slide top box. BUT your shoes are incomparable! Not your polish.

Crap shoe dye
So first of all, the black isn't very black. It smears on really light, compared to leather coloring I've used from other brands. But the big problem is that I cannot fit the lid back onto the container. The container is so cheap and flimsy that it bent out of shape and would not fit the lid anymore so I threw it out. I'll be looking for some black leather dye at my local store. Won't bother with Fluevog's for this again.

Thank you so much for your message! We are sorry to hear your JF Polish in black had a wonky lid. We are sending you a replacement shortly. We are also including a complimentary JF Shoe Cream as this is the more appropriate product for adding a little color back into the leather. <br />
Generally, shoe polish that is in metal containers is wax-based and functions to protect and polish leather to a high shine. Shoe polish/cream that is in glass containers functions to condition the leather and has more pigment to add some color.
