Carla takes me back to my Joe Jackson days
At the height of my Joe Jackson days (c. 1980), one of my first purchases with my own money (from a part time job) was a pair of black and white shoes much like these. I wore them until they practically disintegrated. Years later, Elaine Benis wore a similar pair on Seinfeld, and I was smitten all over again, but couldn't find any (pre-internet). I am beyond thrilled that the Carlas came into my life. I have a wide toe box, so I needed a 10.5, which is a full size above my most common Fluevog size (and 1.5 sized bigger than my muggle shoe size). They are fabulous, and will be worn A LOT!

In love with Carla
Love these beauties! They just arrived today & I cannot wait to wear them! The leather is gorgeous and they fit perfectly (I sized up a half size as suggested). Will definitely get lots of wear out of these.
