  It was following a particularly lazy afternoon marred with designer’s block when John dutifully attended a good ol’ southern style barbeque where he was immediately struck with new fuel that stoked the fire in his mind to create The Coal. Sleekly silhouetted like the rest of its Power Family siblings, The Coal is a two-toned lace-up shoe with curvy lines, playful cutouts and metal-tipped cotton laces. Crafted from Peruvian leathers, these energy-laden staples feature a hidden 1.25" heel and are a sunny day’s best friend. You have the power.

  Fluevog x Jet Martinez
  The floral Coal is a special edition collaboration with San Francisco-based artist and painter Jet Martinez, aka. @jetmar1. The custom printed leathers feature the original floral mural he first painted on the exterior of Fluevog New York in 2016.
