Lovely but narrow

These shoes are comfortable and look exquisite up close. They are a touch narrow which felt ok on my smaller foot, but like it would be painful on my larger foot. I bought these in a size 11. I wear a US 11 (UK 9) and one foot is a half-size smaller. These fit like a 10.5 me. I'd exchange for an 11.5 if they were available.
